From Cleaner to General Manager you are guaranteed a warm friendly smile. There are no problems, only solutions. From push chair to pensioner there is something for everyone. Corfu town is a 1.5 euro bus ride away with all the shops an eating places of character.
We have been returning to this resort for 24 years and the improvements have been massive. This is a resort for the 21st century. The Island of Corfu is often referred to as the jewel in the Ionian sea, Aeolos provides the perfect setting
Excellent as always. Welcoming staff providing friendly and efficient service. Great location with facilities to match. Quality restaurants producing excellent fare for all tastes under Andreas the head chef. Fun for all ages. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr Andreas, Gregory, Socrates, Yannis, Mikos, Mikkis, Vangelis, Anthi, Violetta and Christos for making our holiday one to remember. Will definitely return next year. sas Efharisto poli

We chose this hotel after reading all the other great reviews on trip advisor, and we weren't disappointed. It was the first time we had taken our kids (8 + 15yrs), on a sunshine all inclusive holiday and they loved it! Our family bungalow room was clean and spacious, the hotel was immaculate, the choice and standard of food was excellent and the staff were so friendly, they were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even when my daughter's teddy ended up going to laundry by accident, everyone was on the search for it until it was safely returned clean and fluffy! We didn't spend much time around the pool as you will only get a sunbed if you're prepared to get up early and reserve one, but the view from the infinity pool is amazing. The beach is perfect for snorkelling, my advice would be to wear water shoes as the shingle beach and sea urchins can be a bit treacherous. The beach bar provides pizza and pasta which is freshly cooked to order. The kids could wander up to get drinks and ice cream whenever they liked. This was an ideal location to explore from, you can catch a bus at the end of the drive to either Benitsies where my teenager enjoyed the water sports and catch the bus in the opposite direction to Corfu town to wander round the old town and Fort, which had amazing views and a surprise beach which was welcome to cool off in! Don't be expecting 5star entertainment at the hotel but the entertainment staff try their very best and it's very funny and enjoyable to watch! We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and would love to return sometime in the future!

Super nice rooms, very modern. The bathroom is awesome! We had a room in the same building as the lobby/reception with a unique view. The people in the hotel are very kind. The beach is nice, too bad there are rocks when u go in the ocean for a swim. But it's not that big deal. Swimming pool is very busy, get up early to reserve a bed. But it look very nice.
The food was good as well.
We had a great time. I would go back in a few years.

Ist trip back after gap since last visit (to mainland) in 1997. We chose hotel for proximity to Corfu town, which we wanted to visit, and also for brochure/website images; the pool particularly, and this did not disappoint. The views from the pool area were lovely, and it was great to have the terrace bar to retreat to when the poolside 'Euro-thud' music came on - why do hotels feel obliged to do this as it makes it impossible to relax?

Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming, and the Animation Team certainly earn their money. Whilst we didn't really bother with the usual evening shows (our kids of 10 and 14 enjoyed them) we did thoroughly enjoy the Greek night, and were lucky enough to be there for the 'Full Moon' beach party on our last night.

Food was fine, fairly good choice, but would really appreciate it if this (and all hotels) would label veggie food, as it's quite difficult to detect whether or not meat/fish is present without looking like a picky 'Johnny Englander' I would also suggest (quite seriously) that hotels and/or travel companies reward guests (you know who you are!!) who don't waste conspicuous quantities of food. That's the downside of all-inclusive it seems!

Room Tip: Would guess that all rooms have good views, even if not sea-facing, as gardens are lovely. Watch the...

My family and I spent a week here and unfortunately our vacation started very bad when we experienced that in the room bungalow with sliding door (2101) was smelling bad )we discovered that it came from the backyard. when we requested to change the room they did not had a similar type of room. they allocated us a bungalow with open plan, which is much smaller. having 2 kids of 3 and a half year and 1 year and 10 months it was not very easy to sleep in this type of room. for a 4 star hotel they could change towels every day not every 2nd, but much more important they have to clean carefully the dishes in the restaurant (glasses and plates were not cleaned properly). the food was average, the beach is good, but not enough big for everybody. the dinner at the beach restaurant was a good one.
my overall conclusion is that it was not worth for the price we paid for this 4 star hotel.

Dear Roby,

we read your review and we regret to get informed that these holidays where not as expected from several points of view. Allow us though to clarify that, all the family rooms have the same square meters no matter if there is a sliding door between the double bed and the 2 sofa beds or not. However, we would like to thank you for the feedback and believe that you have appreciated our island as holidays destination.

My family and I spent two weeks here and to be honest I can't fault it.

We stayed in a family bungalow which was perfect for our needs and kept spotlessly clean by the maids who came in daily - we used to return after a hard day at the beach and say that the "fairies" had been!

The food is excellent. Consistent, plenty of choice, fresh and delicious. The wine and beer on tap is of good quality. I must admit the soft drinks are very sweet, I just stuck to the wine.

The main pool at 1.4m deep meant that our two 7yr olds couldn't touch the bottom which didn't make for a relaxing day so we spent our time at the kids pool which was perfect with a fantastic view. That said, perhaps its that deep so that couples got some peace from screaming kids, if that's the case then its very well thought out.

The staff are fantastic. Always helpful and genuine.

The view is superb. Yes you get planes coming in but the noise is nothing really.

The beach restaurant is great, fresh pizza and pasta. Lots of wasps this time of the year though. We bought beach shoes as yes its quite pebbly and sore under foot for a few feet getting in to the sea. I would recommend hiring a pedlo with a slide just up from the beach restaurant. 10 Euros for one hour and a great laugh.

My only disappointment and it is small, was the A La Carte restaurant at the beach, the food was just ok. Not amazing. We only went the once and preferred the food in the main restaurant.

Zorbas night was expensive I thought - 60 Euros for a family of 4 considering we had already paid for all inclusive I thought this would be part of the deal. Never mind.

Would I go back again? Probably not, and not because I didn't like it but because of its remoteness. I like to wander out of an evening but there wasn't anywhere to go - at least to walk safely to.

I would recommend this hotel and location as a chill out place.

Room Tip: None of the 4 berth family bungalows actually have sea-views as a lot of the travel companies state.
