The place was very dirty and no sheets or pillow cases were provided, a fact that we were not apprised of until we had booked the place. Plus, the owner had left clothing and personal items all about. When we entered the apartment, we had to turn on the electric and water, which was not really difficult but since we were not familiar with the situation, it took a few minutes and help from a neighbor. I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

Sorry if you didn't like the place and I'm sorry if the tenant before you didn't clean properly. You could have reported it at arrival, as instructed in the information I sent you, and I would have compensated you from their deposit. If you rent a private place you can hardly expect it to be completely empty of the owners belonings but there shoud certainly not be items all over the place. There should also be pillowcases and linens provided, if you couldn't find them I would happily have told you if you had asked. I'm always avaialble for questions or complaints on both email and phone. Once again very sorry if the place didn't mach your expectations.
