We like Premier Inn's approach - high standards and good value, if all you want and need is an overnight stay with flexible timings (we arrived to a friendly and helpful greeting at 1am!). This hotel was just what we needed for an event nearby next day. So pleased that this one provided sensible hours for breakfast at the attached Beefeater; a year or two back we in the North we were astonished to find the attached restaurant stopped breakfast at 9am! Only complaint - not able to buy a newspaper to read at breakfast.

We returned once again to to visit our daughter and son in law on this occasion to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary, as usual the staff were superb, could not have been more helpful, the staff on the reception were outstanding, please give Lisa a special thanks from both of us along with the other lady that was with her when we checked out unfortunately we do not know here name they are a credit to the Premier inn. Once again we had the perfect stay when we booked we requested an upstairs room either 218 or 220 and Lisa said she would try her best well she certainly did that.As usual our room was warm and comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day.We had breakfast two days the food and the staff were great,we look forward to our next visit .A big thank you to everyone.

Room Tip: Recommend a room on the top floor, preferably not to near the lift.

Just had our anual stay at Burgess Hill. I must say that this is the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Brighton. We have a family room and although the third bed is usually a fold down bed and slightly uncomfortable, the room suits us well. Food is very reasonable, breakfast is fab (kids go free) and really sets you up for the day. All in all it's great and we shall return.

Nothing to rave about... Still, quiet, clean and easily accessible by car. Comfortable hotel with the bear necessities. Breakfast avaiable even though not quite rich - service has to be improved. Better for families with children.

We stayed in one of the family rooms with our two children. They slept in individual single beds which was great. We have stayed in other hotels where they had to share a sofa bed and it doesn't work well. Having the Beefeater on hand was great and the breakfasts were good overall. All in all I would happily stay there again.

What a great place! Stayed here in Feb 14. Have stayed here a few times now and keep going back. This hotel will not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and lovely staff who always give a friendly smile. For a lone traveller that is so important! Plenty of free parking too. I really recommend this hotel.

I visited the premier inn to visit my Aunt who lives in a nearby nursing home. The Premier Inn staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean and tidy and the service is Excellent. Dinner was excellent too and you cannot fault the service. All in all I will definately go back and would recommend it to others.
