We have been at Diavoletti's three weeks ago on our Toscana trip. We went there early on a sunday evening (19:30 PM), were located at a nice table and could place our orders immediately. Starters (noodles) were fine and the main courses (steaklike meat pieces and pizza) were also convincing. But the restaurant got quite packed within an hour and so it took us several attempts to order another drink or a coffee. And after having had our coffee it took about an hour to receive the conto and pay our bill. So it seemed that we completely slipped off the staff's radar after being served the last items of our orders. Two waitresses for more than 20 tables were obviously not enough, though they were attentive (at the start).
