We visited th brewery on a trip to Ramallah (from Jerusalem). It actually in the town of Taybeh and not directly in Ramallah. The shared taxi ride was 7 Shekel per person. You will walk another 5 minutes from where they drop you off.
Maria the manager is a really friendly and welcoming person and will tell you a lot about the brewery and the conditions in general. All of the different beer taste really good.

The whole thing is a nice little daytrip (4-8 hours) if you stay in Jerusalem or even in Ramallah. After the little tour of about 30 minutes I recommend lunch at Peters Place. Nice staff and good food. Maria will show you the way.

We received a tour late in the day without any notice. It was friendly, if a bit quick. We were hoping for a bit of a beer garden but it is a production site after all :)
The owners' nephew then took us to their yet-to-open winery and hotel. It was really incredible. Canan has a real passion for wine and amazing attention to the craft. We enjoyed tasting the different types of wine and learning about their aspirations for their respected Palestinian business.
Definitely worth a visit out to Taybeh (the countryside is beautiful too).

From product to company and community, Taybeh is a definite must for stops in the West Bank. We arrived just as the Brewery was closing for the day and about 2.5 hours after they normally give their last tour. The owner told us it was no problem and she showed us around the Brewery and gave us free samples. The beer is good by any standards and they also recently opened a winery. Taybeh is a family business that wanted to invest back in Palestine. Not only do they create a great product, but push local products and support their communities efforts through their store and network. Taybeh is also a beautiful town to stop by!

Maria, the owner's wife, speaks excellent English. Her story is worth the visit. The brewery is doing wonderful outreach with its profits. Helping to build houses in Taybeh. Taybeh is an old town and all Christian. BTW the beer is excellent, but not yet available in the US. Is being brewed in Germany for export to some countries.

We showed up to Taybeh Brewery kind of on a whim around 4:05 on our way from Nablus to Ramallah. We were sad to hear that they had closed for the day, but one of the owners (I think her name was Maria?) agreed to give us a quick tour. She told us about the history of the area and the brewery, we watched the video, she gave us a taste of the beer, and she showed us around the factory, explaining how everything worked. We were so grateful, and it was so kind of her to take the time to do that for us after closing. I was so impressed with their story and their product. Not only can you purchase their products (beer, wine, souvenirs), but you can also purchase items such as soap and olive oil made by the local community, which I also liked. Maria was wonderful, and we also had a chance to talk to the master brewer and the soon-to-be head of the vineyard briefly as well.

This is certainly a trip worth your time if your in the area. Not only is the beer good (my favorite is the dark), but the people are friendly, and you can support the local economy. I would recommend calling or emailing ahead of time before coming.
