Me and my family went to visit Toscana last year and on our tour we stop in Sovana and unfortunaly could spend only one night in this beautiful property. Hotel itself looks more like a small musem, and rooms are not so large but in front there is the most beautiful hotel garden I've ever seen...Olive trees, roses and sculptures of white stone all a round,,,you wish to spend all day sitting, walking and chilling around. During our visit they were ending constructions around the pool which will, I belive look fantastic.
For all who are planning to visit Toscana i recomend to stop in Sovana; it is a small town (104 inhabitans if I remember well) with a so beautiful charm and spirit that you will forget about all other troubles in the world; and from Sovana you are quite close to all other towns in Toscana that you wish to wisit.
All in all, I would like to visit it again whenever it will be possible!
