Description: At Brewers Fayre we've thought of everything. Great value, great food, great family friendly atmosphere; we've got the lot. Our menu is packed full of family favourites all freshly prepared by our trained Chefs. Royal Quays is located on the Royal Quays shopping centre, beside the port of Tyne. Wet n Wild, the UK's largest waterpark is opposite, along with a bowling alley, & we're close to St Mary's Island, Blue Reef Aquarium & Segedunum Roman Fort! With all these local attractions close by, its no wonder we're so popular with familes, who visit us for a tasty, great value pub meal after their day out. Plus, if the kids still have energy to burn, they can have fun in our kids play zone while you put your feet up!

I have been here on numerous occasions and have never had cause to complain until last time when there was a long delay with the food.
The staff were very apologetic and we were offered free drinks, coffee and desert.
The children enjoyed the out door and indoor play areas.
It is clean with plenty of helpful , pleasant staff.
I would not let this put me off returning though

Been to this pub quite a few times generally with work mates for a drink and bite to eat, always love the atmosphere and staff! They offer a generous bonus card here where you can claim a free bottle of wine or meal and such pretty much after every visit!

Been here twice now whilst staying in the Premier Inn next door before embarking on a cruise. Both times I have had cause to complain about the food. No real ales on tap and the food is cheap, poorly cooked and of VERY low quality. We eat out a lot and would NEVER come here by choice. I am typing this having been completely forgotten about and waiting almost an hour for someone to come, clear the table and see if we want desserts.

We have been here a few times now when we visit family. We have a daughter of 3 who loves being able to jump about in the soft play while we are able to relax and chat especially after a 5 hour drive. But unlike other brewers fayre's near where we live it's clean and well staffed. yes the food is simple normal chain pub food but we haven't had a poor meal there yet. The staff are friendly, helpful and the food comes out hot and on time. The only draw back is no real ale on tap! Keep up the good work and setting the example to other brewers fayre's

The place is just, not as restaurant should be!! To start with the carpet on the floor. Totally fast food, nothing is actually homemade. Everything comes out of a box. The stake we ordered had no seasoning at all.. Breakfast was depressing.. They managed to mess up scrambled eggs!!! I dont recomend this place, not for dinner or breakfast!!
