Excellent food, value and service.
Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
We were staying at the Crown Resorts Elamaris and needed to get a decent meal, I searched for restaurants in Protaras and found La Cultura Del Gusto, it's not actually in Protaras but was just around the corner from our hotel.
You will see it gets a lot of good reviews.

Fantastic food, lovely friendly owners inside a tasteful, modern restaurant. Service always spot on - always very smoothly done without being intrusive. Kathy and Christos are always so attentive to everyone - they want all their guests to have the best experience possible. We think it's the best restaurant on the island and should get a Michelin star or two - shame it isn't open in Dec!

Do seek this place out... Ask if you are not sure where it is. It's run by the friendliest staff..pony tailed BIG man , and his ' little ' wife ( compared to him ) .. Absolouetly lovely people , you get a welcome every visit..and the food, especially the steaks, are to die for !! It's probably the dearest place around, but that's for a reason !! We go there for ' special ' evenings... You can't not go ! Fully air conditioned.. Impeccable service and food, which you can watch being cooked too !
We leave the wheelchair outside and go in, to 'another world ' . Beautifull ! :)

I've been here many times since i live nearby. The food is always great and the service is the best! The last time i was there i had a 3 course meal which included the goat cheese with nuts and fig - is by far the best appetizer i ever had-, pepper steak and the chocolate ravioli!! It's not the cheapest reastaurant you can find but it's worth it's money! You should definitely visit the place!! Also you should book a table as its always busy.
