Fantastic Villa! The Villa was fully equipped !Would I recommend this villa,no doubt about it,Nikos is so helpful,friendly!Thanks Nikos !

Stopped for 28 days in November,fantastic,Nikos picked us up at Larnaca airport,about 40 mins to villa,he showed us around villa,then presented us with a meal his wife had made for us which was very welcome with a late night arrival,as other reviewers have said you look in the fridge and there is beer,wine,bacon,eggs,ham,everything for a couple of days. The villa is equipped with everything you need (home from home).It's about 200 yards to nearest beach,where you can join the walkway to Protaris,nice 20 min.stroll. At the end of October nearly everything closes down,but still bars and restaurants to visit (so you will still eat and more importantly drink). There is a car with the villa and we did travel,we went to Paphos(takes about 2hrs.15mins).Ayai Napa 15mins in car,30mins on bus(1euro50c),Paralimni 10mins where you will find supermarkets,also a Lidl in Protaris. Would I recommend this villa,no doubt about it,we have booked for next year,Nikos is so helpful,friendly,it would be hard to find somebody as nice,Thanks again Nikos.

This was one of the best stays we have had in Pernera and we have visited this area on several occasions.

From booking, payment, arrival to departure Nikos could not have been more hospitable, helpful and courteous. The Villa was fully equipped with all home from home aspects and the welcome pack upon arrival was a welcome pleasure which covered a range of essentials ranging from milk, bread, water, bacon, cheese, eggs to mention some of things in there. Nikos's wife had also kindly made us a meal which was exemplary and my compliments to her. All in all it was an excellent holiday and we would be looking at doing again in the future, be prepared to book well in advance as the villas Nikos has are popular and do get booked up well in advance. When something is usually full, year in year out, it has to mean something! Well I am pleased to say that in this case it means overall it was very good!. Whilst the villa is in need of some refurbishment in places, the super service that was given to us (from transfer to welcome meal) by Nikos far outweighed any minor negatives. In fact, when we told Nikos the dishwasher wasn't working (yes, we cook and use the facilities, after all it is self-catering) and 2 days later we had a new one!

It's all about location! After many years of staying in various Cypriot resorts, we were really happy with Pernera (just a hop, skip and a jump away from the property) and the villa suited our needs almost perfectly (even though there was a bit of repetitive noise from the hotel opposite during water aerobics in the mornings). Wi-Fi and even the use of a car was the icing on the cake... and is one of the reasons why we are, once again, staying in Nikos' villa next year!
