My family and I (6 adults and 2 children) stayed in this villa in August this year and have to say it was one of the best places weve stayed.
George (the owner) was very accommodating from booking the villa until the end of our stay, answering any and all queries we had promptly. He even provided us with information and recommendations of restaurants, bars, best ways to travel, transfers to and from the airport etc which was a huge help.
Our flight arrival time was late in the evening so it was a lovely surprise to find a "care package" with bread, jam and bottled water etc in the fridge to get us started.
The villa itself was very spacious, clean and had anything you could possibly need. The outside and pool area had plenty of chairs and loungers for everyone and a fantastic outside cooking area. The pool itself was always clear and clean and the people who came to clean it (once a day for about 10 mins) were always very polite.
The villa is in a quiet location but just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the marina and beach. Buses and taxi's pass frequently if you fancied going further afield, in our case into Protaras and Aiya Naya.
John (our contact in Cyprus) checked in on us on our first day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything and recommended some places for us to eat etc which was a nice touch. He also left his number in case we needed anything else while we were there. Overall we would recommend limnos 1 and rate it 5 stars as we had a great 10 days in Cyprus and would definately revisit in the future. We really cannot praise the villa, it's location and the people involved enough.
Thank you George, Janine and John for a fantastic holiday.
We stayed here for 10 days ending 20 August 2016. We had timely and helpful emails from George (the owner) with regard to a number of things and helpfully put us in touch with a reliable taxi company which was great. Definitely had the WOW factor when we arrived and saw the pool lit up and the spaciousness of the downstairs. The upstairs balcony off one of the bedrooms is a gorgeous feature with a view to the Beach. The Pool was kept clean daily and plentiful sun beds around to lounge upon. Really enjoyed the outside Barby and the villa has plenty of equipment to make life as easy as possible. John, who is the local manager for George was great, he gave me a 2 hour tour of all the best beaches and local trips and titbits. He was always available if needed but not to close to disturb your holiday. We did stroll into Pernera and went to Mojitos and Blue Spice which was the best in my opinion, a 15/20 min stroll. We ended up getting a hire car for a few days towards the end of the holiday just to break things up which meant we could visit the bakery shop and go to the Chinese, see a few beaches and go into Protaros. August is very busy and if you want to get a sunbed at the beach I suggest you go early! It was also very hot but you kind of expect that, the plus side was there was zero mozzies!! We highly recommend this villa and this is the first time I have ever left a review. We would love to come back although may try May in a few years time. Many thanks George and John!
We have just returned from a two week holiday with family altogether 10 of us. We arrived on 3/7/16 and left on 17/7/16.
The villa itself is amazing everything you will need is there, it's very well equipped even down to towels etc. There was plenty of room around the villa for out large family and we weren't under each other's feet.
We arrived at around 9.30pm and let ourselves in with the keypad on the front door.
There was bread, milk, jam and juice waiting there for us which was a bonus.
The grounds around the villa were lovely the pool area etc was fab only down side is I had to clean the sunbeds as they were quite dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Also the floor around the sunbeds was quite dirty and that hadn't been hosed down either in a while.
The road outside the villa is a bit of a problem as it's very uneven and also as you come from the villa to the main road to walk into pernera and protaras is quite dangerous as there's no pavement and cars, buses, taxis etc are flying past and you have to be very vigilant if like us you have prams and a wheelchair.
The poolmen were coming everyday and putting salt and chlorine in, the first day they came very early, then they started coming later and later until one day the kids had to come out of the pool at half 2 in the afternoon, they weren't amused so we role the men to come early and after that they did. I have to say though they never once suctioned or vacuumed the pool out on our stay.
George actually went out of his way to make our stay Easier as we had a wheelchair user so he put a few ramps around for us which was fab.
We had a lovely 13 days and couldn't have asked for anything more for those 13days, the views were amazing from the balconies.
We ate out every night as we walked in and had a taxi back which was cheap enough.
On the Saturday (the day before we were leaving on the Sunday) JOHN who looked after the villa called around to see us as this was the first time we had seen him on this holiday, to tell us we had to leave the villa the following day by 10.30am with 8adults and 2children so 10 suitcases a wheelchair user and a pushchair and go to a hotel up the road and we could stay there until our pick up, the only drawback was for our inconvenience we had to buy and pay for out of our own pocket a carvery, as you can imagine we were very angry and put our foot down and said we were not going anywhere until our minibuses came for us as it wasn't our fault the villa had been booked out again while we were still there, they had booked the villa for a new family and they would arrive at 3pm, even though our minibuses weren't picking us up until 3pm/3.30pm as we had an evening flight at 8.20pm. As you can imagine we weren't happy as obviously the villa had been double booked that day, John then preceded to tell us it was in our contract that we had signed that the departure time from the villa was 10.30Am, I told him we didn't sign a contract or see any sort of contract as we had booked it through trip advisor and what ever George had sent to us or any description on the villa did not state a leaving time.
JOHN then sorted for the cleaners to come in and clean around us, which we didn't mind, and we could only basically use the basement room which was down a fair flight of stairs which we couldn't get the wheelchair user down.
Anyway the departure day came JOHN arrived at 10.40am while we were still eating breakfast and then let the cleaners in, ( note we weren't to go in the house whilst the cleaners were there as they stated they didn't want us in the villa ) we were basically stuck outside trying to keep two young children occupied, JOHN then said that we could only use the basement room but like we explained the wheelchair user would have to use the bathroom inside the villa on the ground floor, which he said she could but only when the cleaners had gone. JOHN the. Said he would go and come back about 1pm to just check and then leave us to sort ourselves out until our lift come.
1pm came and JOHN came back but he didn't leave he preceded to constantly ask is if we could ring our minibus to pick us up earlier and then throw out food, drink etc out of the fridge and cupboards, we were trying to ack the last bits and take showers to have him follow us around the villa watching what we were doing and where we were going, still asking using to try and ring our minibuses.
Then We had a lady in a bikini and towel for a letting agency turn up and scream and shout at my family 'screaming why were we still there that she had a family arriving at 3pm etc,' in the end I alarm her to leave as this was our last day and having JOHN around was enough let alone her.
We managed somehow to get ourselves sorted and our things packed and we placed our things out the front to wait for our pickups.
Then JOHN decided he wanted us to move all out cases once again to near enough the road outside the villa.
As my 20year old daughter went back around the pool area to check we hadn't left anything behind,JOHN was sticking a knife in all the new inflatables we had bought and left thinking the next families could use them, he destroyed everyone of them.
All in all 13 days were amazing art from the dangerous road , but our last day was horrible and we felt we were being pushed out of the villa.
I would recommend this villa but watch your flight times if late and make sure you can stay until your pickup arrives for you.
I would stay there again if we were guaranteed never to have a last day like that again.
We stayed at this wonderful 5 bedroom villa with 5 adults and 2 children at the end of May 2016 and l have to say it was a great experience, a real home from home, fully equipped with everything you'd expect at home. I have stayed in several villas and I have to say that was by far the best I have stayed in. John our local rep, was extremely friendly, offered good advice and was on hand whenever we needed. I would recommend you stay at this villa as it has a great balcony views, private pool with pool inflatables which the children loved, beach buckets spades which we used at the local beaches, air conditioning and so much more.
George the owner was superb in his communication, arranged taxi transfers and also recommended a great restaurant, Mojitos where we all enjoyed a birthday meal.
Overall this is a great villa in a great location within walking distance of local shops, hotels and the beach. We hope to return again !!

We have just returned from Cyprus holidaying in this Villa and can't rate the accommodation, location and service highly enough. First of all I would like to say a big thanks to Chris from Cyprus East Coast who gave us second to none service and Wayne at the Villa who, whilst in the background, you knew would be there if anything wanted doing. The Villa itself was spacious and well fitted out even down to kiddies pool toys which was a boon to our 4 young grandchildren. The weather in mid to late October was an unexpected benefit with only two days that you could class as overcast. The only slight non holiday affecting down side was the state of the top of the road but Hey Ho! this is Cyprus and we have come to accept the state of some of the roads, the gold fish in the water seemed to like the environment and the grandkids had great fun going down the bumpy bit in the hire car. So once again a big thanks you to all.
We have just returned from staying at this villa and we were very pleased with our choice.
It's right by the beach and a 10 minute walk from restaurants and amenities. Lots of tourist information was available at the villa which helped us to plan what we were doing. Great taxi service recommended here too, especially if you like the artist 'Shabba'!
The pool was sparkling clean, there was some bread, eggs and milk left for us too which was welcomed due to arriving when the shop had closed! and Wayne helped us out when needed too.
We loved Cyprus and everything about our stay, thank you to George and Wayne for being so genuine.
