stayed here from the 15th october to the 25th,this was the 2nd time we have been to this hotel and for the money we paid it was good value, rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed every day ,entertainment team were great with everyone, management and staff were also nice. plenty of different food avaible but did not always go with theme of the night i found no problem with the russian guests and i think the people who moaned about them were of a certain age or little englanders who paid to much for there own holiday.mick, grace and harrison.

just back from a holiday at this hotel. had a wonderful time. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Nicholas the manager. nothing was to much trouble for him. the food was excellent and plentiful. we have previously stayed at the Anastasia and this hotel is far superior. the beach is only a 5 minute walk away as are the local shops and bars. would definately book again.

hubby and I have just returned from tsokkos gardens and have no complaints about the hotel.we had a good room 226 facing pool which was a little noisy at times but acceptable.the plentiful food available at all meal times was of excellent standard and the staff looking after everyone were all great. the pool areas were fine and kept clean and tidy daily and there were ample sunbeds available.the lack of entertainment was a lack of entertainment !!!! now the BUT... the Russian guests outnumbered the brits about 75% to 25% and they were the main problem.they are the most ignorant, arrogant, rude, inconsiderate, self centred GREEDY people we have ever encountered on holiday anywhere we have been!! if you wouldn't be offended by these guests you would certainly enjoy this hotel but they certainly spoiled our holiday.

Room Tip: if noise doesn't bother you you want even numbered rooms which have pool views

Just back from Tsokkos Gardens All Inclusive, stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and loved it and after the past 2 years staying at well below average 4 star hotels in Mallorca we were happy to be back. The staff are friendly and polite the hotel is clean and the food is good. Previous reviews mention flat screen TV's not available on wall in the rooms? We don't go on holiday to watch tv, we do that at home? Many of the guests are Russian etc and are rude in that they don't say please thank you and hold doors open but that's not the fault of the hotel. The staff work very hard long hours. As for previous comments on toilet brushes?? If its your mess clean it yourself! 4 or 5 star we all need to wipe our own bottoms!

Room Tip: Rooms are cleaned daily if you need anything just ask.

We stayed in the hotel and found that it was not the most modern place we had stayed but it was very clean. The breakfast was great and although the evening meals weren't quite as good, there were several dishes to choose from and we always found something we liked . The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Had read some reviews concerning Russian visitors being rude, well there were some Russians staying at the hotel when we were there but we certainly didn't have any problems and found them to be very nice. The only bad thing about our holiday is we only went for one week, wish we had gone longer, loved it.

This was our fourth time back and welcomed back by the manager like one of the family. Extremely helpful staff and wide variety of excellent food. Exceeds its 4 star rating and admittedly decor a bit dated so prob due for an upgrade but that didnt bother us as very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to pernera bay and beaches. 20 minutes walk to protaras beach and centre. Easy bus trip to aiya napa and paralimini. Only fly in ointment was influx of russians who could be very unfriendly and greedy and some downright rude so we felt sorry for the staff on some occasions.Thank you to the staff and manager for great holiday and we will definately be returning next year.

Room Tip: If you have special requests then please state at time of booking as ours have always been honoured.
