Thank you to the management and staff of malama holiday resort for excellent service. we had a very enjoyable two weeks. you are so fortunate to have such a beautifull country. we had so much to do and to see. the accommodation was excellent. our rooms were well kept and whenever we required help, it was done immediately. nothing was left for later. the resort itself had so much to do. we especially enjoyed the warm pool and the beach. the long morning walks along the coastline was magnificent. your staff was ever so friendly. please keep up the good service. you will definately hear from us in the future and we would not hesitate to recommend you to all.

Room Tip: we were upstairs in 2412 and had sunny mornings for breakfast.

Absolutely amazing family holiday this Easter. We booked this as a last minute extra holiday to get away from the cold weather and we had a fabulous time! Staff were so friendly and helpful and the place was well kept and clean and the food was delicious!

Even the couple of cold days we had didn't spoil our fun! Wonda and Nikita 'the entertainment' made it for our 9 year old son who played boules, shuffle board, archery, volley ball, darts and spent the evenings dancing, playing bingo and enjoying various shows.

Saving the pennies to go back in October!

We stayed at this hotel for a week at beginning of April. We have two young children and we all absolutely loved it. We were all inclusive and staff were all so friendly and happy and any problems were dealt with immediately the kids club was excellent the staff were so lovely my little boy cried when we left! Food was fantastic all so fresh and different every day. We have stayed all inclusive at other hotels many times but this was by far the best. The only thing I will say on down side is our all inclusive ended at 3 on our departure and we didn't leave until 7 and as we hadn't arrived until after midnight on the Friday morning we didn't get our full 7 days but apart from that can't fault it

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday hotel was not full so no worries over getting a sunbed. One of the cleanest hotels I have visited abroad not only the rooms but the pool pool/area and grounds too. Food, well what can I say it was fantastic such good choices and fresh at every mealtime, my kids tried lots of different foods on the theme nights. Staff all very friendly nothing was too much trouble (we arrived late evening and staff had a platter of food and bottled water waiting for us in our room). Will definitely return and would recommend to my friends too.

Room Tip: If there are 4 adults go for a 2 bedroom apartment although my kids tell me the sofa beds were very...

Have just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, the staff a delight to associate with and the food was excellent. Our rooms cleaned each morning and towels were changed daily and the beds were changed regularly. Beach towels were provided at the poolside for no charge.
The whole resort is managed incredibly well, all staff seem happy in their work and work well as a team. We had an all inclusive deal and the food was excellent, the restaurant staff incredibly accommodating. Meals were well presented and there was an excellent variety. A personal touch we enjoyed was the individually prepared fare provided by the front of house chef; he in himself was pleasant, accommodating and impressively speaks 7 languages.
Pools are spotless and as we went early season there were no queues and plenty of available sunbeds. the main pool area is spotless and pleasant as it is sited in direct view of a beautiful seaside cove where we observed fishermen, scuba diver and a small jetty that accommodates water sports. Walks along the coast to both sides of the hotel are pleasurable and very interesting as you pass local small farmers fields and come across beautiful coves.
The evening entertainment seemed basic and this may have been because it was early season and they were playing to a minute audience, the entertainment staff in themselves were delightful.
Car hire is available right outside the front door of hotel and was reasonably priced and the proprietors were very accommodating.

My only gripe would be the fact that our final departure was at 19.15 and our all inclusive apparently ended at 15.00 so after that time we had no drinks or food before our departure. Seeing as we arrived at 12 midnight on first day it meant we had 6 and a half days all inclusive not 7 days.

In saying this i would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

Room Tip: All rooms were newly painted and in excellent condition

We stayed here from the 10th to the 17th of April. Can't fault the place . The location is great, the staff are welcoming and friendly , a very clean complex (maids every day except Sunday) and all our meals were great. Oh and the Animation Team were good too. With archery, French bowls ,volleyball and shuffle board through the day . A mini disco and entertainment in the evening.
If you are looking for a holiday full of thrills and excitement . THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!
Very family oriented and quiet.
The weather was kind to us and we returned home fully refreshed after a nice relaxing holiday .

The Malama is in a small area with just a few bars and restaurants near by, so it makes for the perfect quiet holiday. If you are looking for more to do you will need to go into a neighboring town but there is a bus route just up the road. Children under 12 are free.
The hotel is exceptionally clean both in the rooms and around the hotel. We had an interconnection room....enormous!!
The food was extremely fresh and brought out in small potions which keep it warm and fresh rather and the usual drying out. I think they may struggle if really busy?
The pool area is nice with its small but varied pools, one is a beach effect so great for small children. If you were going at the 'height of season' I'm not sure there would be enough beds around the pool but they do have enough on a man made beach area beside the pool. The beach is small but private and the sea is beautiful and clear.
The club room was small so again if busy not sure if everyone would get a seat. If on All Inclusive you have to sign for all your drinks so it takes longer than normal to get a drink but you can drink cocktails all day if you wish.
The evening entertainment is the usual magician, parrot show, bingo etc. The daytime entertainment needs a cash injection to get better equipment as its all a little 'used'.
The staff were all friendly and spoke good English.
On conclusion we would return but I think May/June and September would be the time to come.

Room Tip: Any room in this hotel would be OK, there doesn't seem to be a good or bad area. All quiet!! In...
