I stayed with my family in Tuscany in July 2013, there were 20 of us in total and Anita and Giuseppe came and cooked for us in our villa. I can honestly say that the trip wouldn't have been the same without them looking after us. The meals were simply delicious and they make every effort to make each dish special. They also took into consideration that there was children in our group and my 1 year old ate everything that was put in front of him.
I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

We first had meals cooked for us by Joshi and Anita four years ago when we had a large house party in the Villa Treppie just outside Poggibonsi. Four years on, with a smaller group, Anita came and worked her magic again. Sometimes you wonder if you've remembered through rose tinted spectacles, but it was even better. She uses such fresh and delicious local ingredients - and was even happy to share her recipes and give us all tips. I will never drain ravioli through a sieve again! She then brought dinner to us another evening when we were only 4 people, delivered to the door, on time, all we had to do was warm it though and eat - so delicious and kind (the villa was along a long and very bumpy via bianca). Do treat yourselves - all you have to do is choose the menu - and they do everything else. And no-one has to drive home. We are all looking forward to our next visit to Tuscany, to eating their food again and hopefully enjoying a cookery class or two.

Our family had the privilege of being served by Anita of Chianti Cooking. The dinner was fantastic! Anita came to our villa and prepared the most amazing meal. We had the most amazing bread salad… super savory! Then we were served ravioli, bacon wrapped chicken, roasted veggies and vegetable lasagna. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the dinner. This dinner was a highlight of our trip to Italy. When we return, we can’t wait to contact Anita and Giuseppe.

Our group rented a farmhouse villa in the Chianti region. Chefs Anita and Joshi offer cooking classes or freshly made dinners at your villa - we booked the dinner. This is one of our fondest highlights of our Italy vacation. They made a 4 course meal, starting with 3 kinds of bruschetta (sauteed baby porcini mushrooms, artichokes, and fresh tomatoes), sage ravioli in butter sauce, roasted herb stuffed pork loin w/ sauteed peas and the BEST DAMN roasted potatoes any of us EVER had, and chocolate cake w/ chantilly icing. Doesn't that sound divine - it was! Have a look at the photos. Anita and Joshi are really sweet and easy-going - we watched them cook, took pictures, chatted over wine, they served the whole meal and cleaned all the dishes! It is beyond worth it - they came to our villa, made this fabulous meal, we drank our own wine, they were great hostess/host, and they cleaned up for 45 Euros a person - simply going out for dinner at a restaurant would have cost the same and we didn't have to figure out getting back home at the end's night. It was relaxing, enjoyable, fun, and you learned a little more Tuscany and the local cooking. Chefs Anita and Joshi - thank you so much for the great dinner and fond memories!
