“Not to be missed!!”
Reviewed 18 June 2013 via mobile

We have been coming for years. Everything is outstanding, infused by the warmth and hard working humility of the owners. The fish dishes are superb, the appetizers wonderful, and last night I had the best chocolate cake of my life! The garden setting and fountain makes your meal transcendent. Tres bien!

“Beautiful food in a lovely setting!”
Reviewed 8 June 2013

We visit friends in this area every year and for the past two years this has been our special night out. We choose this restaurant for it's wonderful food, lovely setting, and elegant atmosphere. We have always eaten on the terrace, so cannot comment on the dining room. On arrival we are always greeted politely and pleasantly, and we find the service to be professional, efficient, and friendly. The food, however, is the highlight! Creative, flavourful and beautifully presented. For example, on this visit, to start, I had fresh asparagus and a lightly breaded poached egg...both cooked to perfection but my husband had Courgette Flowers stuffed with Shrimp Mousse, which was both beautiful and delicious! This restaurant is expensive and is not for everyday dining. I notice that other reviewers have commented that it is not "family friendly", however, we have seen families dining and enjoying themselves but can imagine that children would need to be well-behaved and somewhat sophisticated to enjoy this experience.

“Surprised to find such fine food off the beaten track”
Reviewed 6 May 2013 via mobile

It is a beautiful setting in the heart of Provence and the courtyard entrance is beautiful too so you start to begin to know what to expect before you enter. The restaurant is much larger than I would have expected for the area, but the place is very busy from opening.
Set menus make it easy and quick to order. The food is excellent, so no doubt will be back.

“We keep going back”
Reviewed 30 December 2012

Having a villa 'just down the road' we keep going back to La Table d'Yves when we fancy an injection of quality food and a pleasant evening out. In the summer you can eat outside on the terrace, which is nice, though we find, being fussy, that the metal seats are a little uncomfortable with very vertical backrests! There is no great view from this closed terrace but it's a nice place to be, quiet and relaxing. There is plenty of safe parking on the site.

Inside however, the leather dining chairs are a pleasant place to park your body for the evening to come. Having been back to this place several times we obviously like the food. The wine list is fine, not that extensive, but full of local choices - and why not?

The interior decor is modern and very spic and span. The tables are nicely spaced and large enough to eat without bumping your neighbours elbows and the tableware (glasses, cutlery, etc) are mostly up-market to suit the ambience of the place. I say mostly because we think they had an aberation when choosing the water glasses which are of a weird grey glass with bubbles in it - makes it look the like the glass has just come out of the dish-washer! But now we are being fussy. Still, this is not a cheap place to eat and perhaps therefore one is entitled to scrutinise. You can tell however that we are nit-picking really, it's a lovely restaruant in a nice place overall.

Finally I would observe that based on our years of experience the 3 menus change little over time, the owner seemingly preferring to stick to proven dishes. This won't worry you if you are making a one-off visit and we are happy to recommend that you do just that!

“Should have a Michelin Star”
Reviewed 2 November 2012

We love the food here, and in the summer the garden is a delight.
The chef is very inventive and so far we have really enjoyed his creations. We used to think that the main dining room ceiling was a little low but now we don't notice as the food is so good.
