“Clean, new and relaxing!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 August 2014

Love this location. We've stayed here a few times. From desk staff remember us. That's always nice. Very friendly. From the outside in it's nice and new. Rooms are really nice. Beds are very inviting and so cozy. Great sleeps here! Bathrooms are nice and clean. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is the average help yourself. Pool is decent and hot tub they are clean as well. Gym is small but has free weights and a few machines. Right next to Tim hortons and located in a food spot to get everything in st albert all in walking distance. Oh make sure you sign up for points if you haven't. We've gotten a few 50$ and 25$ gift cards and are getting free nights!

Booked this hotel at the last minute and had great success with online booking. The customer services at this hotel was wonderful. Checked into the room, and a few hours later I was leaving the hotel to go for a meal the lady at the front desk stopped me to ask how I liked my room and if there was anything else that I needed. The hotel is very clean and great location! Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great place to stay, rooms are very clean, free breakfast (waffles, french toast omelettes) The staff was great, very polite. Very close to town and right next door to Tim Hortons.
The room we stayed in was a nice size, lots of room and very comfortable

Room Tip: Our room was directly across from the elevator, and we heard nothing, so any room would be great

Hotel was located in the center of St Albert and was very clean and staff friendly. Overall room was excellent, and we would stay here again. Easy drive to West Edmonton mall and the hotel has resturantsand coffee shops located close by.

We stayed here while waiting for furniture to arrive from Europe, so we were here a month. Beds are not bad did not like the fact you could not open a window more than a small crack, because the air conditioning was loud. Would have been nice to turn it off at night and open a window for evening breezes. Property has a pool, jacuzzie and fitness room witch were all in good repair, did not use fitness room so don't know how good the machines are but room looked clean. Breakfast is included but becomes very repetitive after a while and not to the best standard. Other than that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but Wendy's/ Tim Hortons is right next door. House keeping is hit and miss, as we were long term tenants I asked to have the beds changed at lest one a week, I am not sure that was done and the toilet was not given a good scrub all that often, the seat was cleaned but the basin was starting to look suspect near the end of the stay. Overall if you need a place to crash for a weekend in St. Albert it's the best choice here. I would stay again.

Room Tip: Lower floor as the elevator is a little slow and they only have one.

Very quiet at night since they separated sports teams by 2 floors from the first floor room I had. I'm a professional dog trainer, for a business trip with 2 well behaved dogs and the setup was great, right across from a large park with light traffic. Will stay again. Nice looking hotel in easy to find location. Since it wasn't posh, I only gave 4/5 room stars. Good value for the money.

We stayed at this hotel because of the location, and it turned out to be just about perfect. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, with a quick check in and out. The suite was had was very spacious, and the bed was so comfy. Everything was clean, and we were pleased to see a clean cover on the TV remote, to show it was germ free. The stay comes with a complimentary breakfast, that is amazing with hot and cold selections. The pool area is well maintained and lots of towels are available. Our only complaint was the hot tub being out of operation, it was the one thing we really needed on this stay, since we were moving out of our house and wanted the relaxation at the end of a long day. This was not the hotels fault as far as we know, another guest had contaminated the water, and it needed a thorough cleaning. I guess just bad timing for us.

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite on the second floor, it was a nice location.
