We came for a weekend which was the Sundown Festival. So it was all booked up! Unfortunately when we arrived some People hadn't checked out so room were not ready. Also they were over booked by four. So these poor young boys never got their room after they had left their stuff staying they have one? Overall great staff. Room was very spacious and clean.. But the cups were not. Also easy to find

By far the dirtist and tired looking room I have had the displeasure to stay in.
The bathroom had a broken toilet seat with 3 hairs on it, the taps were unclean and bath also had a couple of hairs near to the taps.
Shower curtain absolutly filthy,
Bathroom dor looked like someone had been sick down it, not cleaned in ages.

Bed sheets were clean but had multiple holes in them.

Noise from above was terrible, i understand they cannot control guests pacing up and down all night but the fire exit door on the corridor outside my room was so lound and banged shut approx every 5 mins till early hours.

This was my first stay in a travelodge hotel, maybe this one was a bad one but I will never stay in one again, it's cheap for a reason!

We had a lovely warm welcome and a clean, comfortable and spacious room. The shower was amazing, hot and powerful. An excellent night's sleep and friendly, helpful staff. Can't be faulted for the price.

Stayed here for one night simply because they allow dogs.
£20 for my dog is extortionate considering how basic the place is.
Travel lodge are as basic as can be now, no frills basic bland room but there is a bed which was fine for one night: I wouldn't consider using this for anything other than a quick stopover.
Didn't see any staff apart from checking in which was fine so I can't comment on staffing.
Despite the recent refurbishment the carpet was soiled and the room already looked tired but didn't affect stay.
A quick stopover is fine!

I have just stayed 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms, in July.
Both were very "tired"....and not sparkling clean if I am honest.

Saving grace - great showers in both rooms

Make sure you book in advance, otherwise it is quite expensive!!

Convenient though for the Norfolk and Norwich hospital, which is why I stayed there as my daughter was in the N & N

Room Tip: Choose a room to the rear of the hotel otherwise lorries with their engines running at 5am will be y...

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting the UEA, for which it is very convenient. The room was as expected and was clean and well maintained. The wifi strength was ok, not great for our 30 mins free. The shower in the bathroom was fabulous! The only downside were the children's beds which were not very comfortable. This may be however because the children are now 15 and 16 and may be a bit old for them. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The little chef next door had friendly staff but fairly slow service.

Time is Patent and this has now transpired from a very well respected guest and highly recommending to all other colleagues of my company to venture a valued experience of true hospitality that Travelodge Cringleford Hotel has to offer. .
After 3 months plus of being a valued guest and loyalty for having 1st Choice of booking from the company has now faded to such an extreme DIS-APPOINTMENT.
• First Day: Travelodge has a booking guest preference room automatic reservation allocation, to make your stay feel like your “home away from home”. I was not aware that there is a time limit and I was allocated to another room with a promise to be put back on my preference room by next day. Trouble connecting with the Wi-Fi and it took several hours going up and down stairs for this to be resolved by giving me another code (which they could have done this with in 10Min on the first place).
• Second Day: Promised Transfer to my preference room did not happen and when I queried this, I was shock by the response and felt intimidated. That evening the Wi-Fi has gone again and at this point, I have to assist the receptionist to investigate the fault and finally reboot the router.
• Third Day, I arrived to see such a horrific unsightly state of my room; The Towels are still wet and scattered on bathroom floor, Bath tub, Sink and toilet covered with stain, Carpet Floor soiled , Cups “never replaced” and NO Tea, Coffee, milk and sugar.
• Fourth Day: I arrived at the hotel hoping to see some kind of apologies for my inconvenience, as I approached the receptionist was never been made aware of what has transpired. DIS-APPOINTMENT.

I can truly honestly say to ALL readers; Travelodge Cringleford Hotel is run and managed professionally with such pride and passion and courtesy to each individual guest by the following people:
SOLOMON
STEVE
TINA
Because of this GOOD people, I will keep Travelodge Cringleford Hotel open Option.

Thank you; Guys.......
