“Absolutely dreadful and to be avoided at all costs.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 January 2014 via mobile

We had read about this restaurant before our trip to St Martin and decided to try it for lunch. We were shown to our table by a lovely waitress and were fascinated to be seated overlooking the cow barn. So far so good. Our drinks arrived and all was well for a while. We ordered our food and then we waited. We waited patiently for an hour and when our food arrived it was far from being as we expected. My oeuffs cocotte were raw and the jacket potato for my friend was frozen. My husband's ribs were tough and overlooked. We pointed this out politely and our food was removed and eventually returned. My eggs were incinerated. By this time we had been there so long that we simply asked for the bill. A waiter then approached and asked if everything was ok. We said that actually it had not been good. The bill arrived with nothing deducted. We queried this and a very stern woman arrived who picked up our bill and tore it into pieces. She shouted that it was "on her" and that we were NEVER to enter her restaurant again. She and several staff sneered as we left and made us feel like English cheapskates which we are certainly not. We are horrified by our experience and would urge skiers never to darken this door. It will not deter us from re-visiting the resort as we have been to this area many times before, but we shall certainly be telling our many friends and colleagues who visit the three valleys to avoid this frightful place.

“Good atmosphere and food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 January 2014

We were a lunch party of 13 adults and teenagers, sat outside in the glorious sun and we're well attended by the excellent waiters and waitresses, the food was good and it was fun seeing the cows and calfs at the back.
Great place to spend 2 hours between morning and afternoon skiing
Many thanks

“excellent place with nice terrace next to ski slope”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 January 2014

We enjoyed the relaxing lunch at the sunny terrace with our ski-class Mid December 2013. The food was excellent (hot cheese in a box), the company great and the view stunning. At 50 meters 'off piste' in the woods... felt like you could only arrive there by ski.
The Genepi was great too.

“Great- even for two fussy veggies.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 December 2013

Visited in February 2013 for the first time although we've been going to the 3 valleys for a few years. Absolutely great.

Both the wife and I are veggie but there was a choice for us to have a dish each- truffle ravioli and the veg lasagne. Both presented wonderfully and most importantly tasted great. It was so good we had to make a special trip there again during our week. A bit pricey but well worth it. And getting there by Paramint and Biolley, what else would you want?

We loved it here, had a starter, main and dessert, food was delicious. We will definitely return. Much better than any thing else in saint martin.
