Having had a few dishes elsewhere that were not quite as anticipated .... we valued knowing what we were choosing and were attracted to this little restaurant because its lengthy menu was translated into several languages including English!
There are lots of tables outside, but there is also a little room inside upstairs which we used on our 2 nights in Alquezar. n the first night I chose melon and ham as a starter and was presented with an ENORMOUS slice of melon (not water melon, though it could have been for its size) that was delicious: we both chose this on our second night. The main courses were very reasonable, and we had Walls ice cream to finish. All in with a bottle of still water and a carafe of wine (but you might prefer a bottle off the card!) for just 13 euros each.
It is not Egon Ronay dining, but it is excellent value.
