“A nine-hole course you'll want to play again”
Reviewed 24 March 2013

Cornerstone is a nine-hole, links style course that every level of golfer can enjoy. With well-thought out multiple tee decks, you can play it as 18 and have a significantly different back nine than front. The superintendent, Jeff, keeps the course in very playable condition and improves the course every year. Dianne in the pro shop greets everyone with a smile and ensures that your round starts out positively. This year, the restaurant at the course is being run by Ancient Cedars. Those of us who play Cornerstone regularly are looking forward to the new restaurateurs and menu. Jeff is a CPGA teaching pro and offers lessons; He's a very good teacher. The course also has a driving range and practice green for you to warm up or work on your game.

“Great "links-styled" course for every level of golfer!”
Reviewed 22 March 2013

Great golf, great food, great atmosphere. As an official "Tober-moron" I am proud to call this course ours. I live in Wiarton now, but still get up for a great getaway. Men's and Ladies nights are a great way to spend some time socializing and golfing. The "New" Ancient Cedars Cafe restaurant on site has a new menu that is sure to please the palate and quench that post round thirst. The fully equipped Pro Shop has every thing you need to get out on the course, even if you have left your clubs at home. Jeff, Dianne and the team will make sure you have an enjoyable day on the links. I always do, but then again, I have an eraser on my golf pencil ;o)
It's worth the drive to golf in one of the most beautiful areas in the Country.

“Don't miss this Tobermory Attraction”
Reviewed 14 March 2013

Up at the cottage or just visiting the area? Cornerstone Golf course is a great way to enjoy part of your day. You can get in 9 holes and enjoy a great lunch before noon, or spend the afternoon on the course and enjoy dinner. New operators of the restaurant in 2013...we look forward to some excellent meals.

The staff at this golf course are friendly and helpful and you will love the owners.

“A great little course in a scenic location on the Bruce”
Reviewed 11 March 2013

A friend of mine asked what there was to DO when folks are up at the cottage near the end of the Bruce Peninsula. And the Cornerstone Golf Course just south of Tobermory is my best answer. It's nine holes, links style, although if you want to golf 18, they have a second set of tee blocks that plays quite differently. A couple of the holes are shortish, but several have lengthy fairways and some challenging water hazards. The clubhouse includes a restaurant which next year looks it will give a good 10th- (or 19th-hole). experience. All in all the course is a great relaxed place to spend a few hours out in one of the most beautiful parts of the planet.
