Basic accomodation, but massive apartment, clean bedding and towels. Towels replaced once in week. But bed never changed, and it was 34 deg and very humid. Good shop on site. No air con, but they will provide a fan for 25€ a week, so didn't bother. Only safe deposit boxes in reception 25€ per week. Found it to be very safe area. 10 minute walk to beautiful beach. You can leave bags on beach whole swimming and no one will touch them. Beautiful blue water. Villa iola restaurant in the old square a must, beautiful people and fantastic food. Locals very friendly. Not many english. Lots of sardinians, they can be quite rude as have no manners. A great holiday all in all. Staff at ioli village were fantastic.

We rented our cars and had them delivered at the airport by Kriopigicars, great service. Good roads and a nice drive from the airport to Pefkohori, without trafic we used 1 hour 15 minutes.
Great location for the hotel in Pefkohori, just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurantes.
The rooms really need new beds, the matress were hard as a rock and you couldn't move or turn around without the bed make a hell of lot noice. Great staffservice, only thing we're anoid about was that you had to buy something at the bar to get a bed by the pool. You were not allowed to bring any food or drinks either (not even snacks). Even to watch the football in the reception bar you had to buy something, ok for non quests but not for the hotel residences. Hotel carpark behind the hotel cost Eur 3 per day, make sure you get a remote if not you will have trouble geting in and out. Small shop at the hotel with fresh bead every morning at 8, if you turn left and then right out of the hotel you will get to the big supermaket were all the locals shop. Go out of town only a few kilometers futher south you will find lots of nice beaches.

Room Tip: Great location by the pool, only some rooms have aircondition. End rooms have windows on the side w...

Another great holiday at Ioli. The staff led by Irini do genuinely like to help. nothing but praise for all of them. Yes anywhere can be upgraded but would it then be affordable? No parking problems outside on the road, always space. Room was serviced regularly and well with frequent linen changes. Love the place and will return.

Ioli is a a nice complex with charming villas and comfortable studios. However there were two annoying things about it.
1. You have to pay for parking - 3 euro per day. The parking is just a small area under a fig tree, while at the same time at the back of our studios there were places for parking which were for some reason barred - and empty. But you can always park on the street or somewhere else nearby.
2. The pool itself is nice but again if you want to use a chair or umbrella, you need to buy something from the pool bar - why , you are a guest of this hotel - this I see for the first time in Greece. Oh and the music from the pool bar is unbearable - all day long. Even if you don't take naps, you are forced to listen to it booming all the time. Not nice.

Otherwise the studio was nice, they changed the sheets and towels frequently enough. We had a great time.

Room Tip: The ground studios are dark and you can be visited by cats :)

We spent a long weekend in Ioli Village this September. In general, I would say that we enjoyed our stay there. The rooms could use new furniture and the bathroom needed some renovation. The dining and the recreation areas, including the pool went far beyond expectations. Everything was neat and clean. The service was quite good. It also is really handy to have a (relevantly) well supplied supermarket in the complex.

In conclusion, I'd mention that I would gladly visit Ioli village again.

I've stayed at these apartments a few times. The rooms are basic but good for how much time you spend in them and they are kept very clean. The pool area is beautiful. It has a lovely deep pool which is large enough to have a good swim if you wish. The kids pool is just warm enough, shallow enough and secure from the adult pool. It's a nice place to stay, with some entertainment in the evening. I recommended eating the food at the pool area! Drinks and food are reasonably priced and there is an onsite store for anything you need for your room.

It's a quite place to stay and with the pool separate from the apartments (just a couple of seconds walk up the path) you can have a peaceful lie in if you wish.

Room Tip: Get middle floor, rear apartment!

First time on Kassandra( at the same time probably the last ).Pefkochori is place for families with children and older people only.Nothing to do in the evening-boring!!!
Hotel is very good for the money.Rooms are spacious and very clean.Wi-Fi in the hotel is only working by the Reception.
I would warmly recommend this facility, but the Pefkochori itself is to be avoided.
