We had just visited Mount Vesuvius with the kids, we were tired and looking for a place to eat. Everything was closed, that's when we spotted Viva lo Re.
Unfortunately, it seems that something looked wrong with our appearance - one waitress was checking our clothes and for a moment I thought they would say we couldn't eat there.
At the end they came back and said there was 15 minutes waiting, and we decided to stay.
After almost one hour we were finally seated. And my suspicious that they thought we couldn't afford their food was has been proved right - we were not even offered wine, just water with our food. What could have been a great food experience left us with a bad taste in our mouths...
