Stayed here for one night in August. Easy enough to find, although the sign could do with a bit of illumination. Met by Sheila, the owner, who was very friendly. As we were the first of their customers to arrive we were given the choice of the rooms. I picked the room at the back because it was facing away from the farmyard and any noise from cows being milked early in the morning. The room was small but had everything we needed, hair dryer, bathrobes, en suite, enough hanging/drawer space for a longer stay, towels , tea and coffee facilities etc. We were on our way to dropping off our daughter in Neyland so it was a quick drop the bags off and back out. Sheila gave us the names of some places to get an evening meal (we went to Carew Inn which was very good with good pub food) and off we went. When we returned we watched TV in the lounge for a while and then went to our room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was OK but not great being an electric shower. Toiletries provided were fine and there was a shower cap, which you don't always get in B&Bs. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, toast (ask for the brown, it is totally scrumptious) with marmalade or honey (actually ate honey on my toast, which I don't normally do, and asked for seconds! It was so good). Then the cooked breakfast, not huge but so tasty and well cooked.
A very friendly place to stay, clean and well loved farmhouse. Would I stay again? You bet, if only for the toast and honey at breakfast!
