I just got back from this hotel, all i can say when we entered the room was O MY GOD WE ARE HERE FOR 2 WEEKS.i went on holiday with my mother and 3 children aged 6,2 ,1.To find a leaking toilet, no shower Handel in the smallest bathroom ever ,more like the smallest en-suite.the kitchen tap also came off ever time you used it ,the tiled floor was chipped all over not nice for the children to walk on without shoes ,and the ants my god everywhere.the kitchen was a sink and a fridge a table,3 plates 3 glasses and 3 bowls great for the 5 of us.i have been all over the world and stayed in many places and this was far ,far from what was advertised.
the children's play ground was very unsafe a lot of concrete that was very chipped and uneven plus steps.the slide was aluminium so red hot after 10 am.
for an all inclusive resort there was no food for toddlers my 6 year old eats most things thank god, there was no kids menu .the kitchen staff asked the manager for at lease beans for the kids and then that ran out after 5 days so i had to go to the supermarket myself for food that the cook agreed to cook for me when we saw the manager and told him what we had done and he did respond very rudely and said hur you have complained from day one didn't want to listen said there was salad there for the 2+1 year old ,yes we did complain over a leaking toilet with children ,everyone would.
the manager very obnoxious horrible attitude to me and my mother,i wonder if he would of had the same attitude of we were there with our husbands,i think not.
the pool area was nice enough,i did absolutely love love the staff in the kitchen they tried there hardest to please and the cleaner did her best, the Greek girl in the bar was the nicest girl ever ,the British ginger thing was a bad mouthed poor excuse of a member of staff,HORRID,
all inclusive hardly existed beer and 2 shorts i believe only to be drunk pool side,no food in between only cake.
all i can say about the + side of my holiday is the restaurants by the beach were lovely, corfu and A charavi is a 2 hour transfer by coach .the island looked beautiful everywhere.the Mozes's were a nightmare for a lot of people, lovely people staying in the hotel ,and we are people to make the most of a bad situation.everyone in the hotel had issues and there wasn't that many there 30 people top.i will be very surprised if this hotel is still there next year

Thank you very much for your review.

We wanted to inform you that the managment has changed. The food has changes, kids menu is available and also the kitchens are fully equiped now. We are very sorry for the inconviniences you went through last time you visited this hotel. We dont offer all inclusive anymore as we support the local restaurants.

Give it a chance. We hope to see you again at Corifo Village. We are waiting for you!

Thank you for your time,
Susanne Kroemker (manager)
