Nice apartment.Very clean room, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. cooking facilities very basic- just sink, hob,micro-wave & kettle. No toaster or food preparation area.Good bathroom with a great shower. Nice balcony with good chairs. Lovely pool and bar area with free wi-fi in bar & has a pool table. loads of sun beds. Staff very helpful. They do play loud music in bar though from early morning till late night which you cant hear with balcony doors closed so dosnt disturb sleep but some peace & quiet when sitting out-side would have been nice. Pleasant short walk to beach & a supermarket at other end of road. Short walk to resort centre.

Stayed at Kamari 26 May for 1 week in an apartment. Room was very adequate for our visit had the usual cooking facilities you find in apartments plus a microwave. We go on holiday to enjoy eating out so never used the cooking facilities. Room was bright and clean possibly painted over the winter. Shower room was also very clean, non of the usual mold on walls. Also had the best shower we have ever had in Greece. A power shower fixed to wall and always had hot water. Bed was comfortable. Our terrace consisted of 3 very nice wood chairs and in about 6 steps we were next to the pool. Pool looked very clean with a number of sunbeds. As this was the beginning of the season we just about had the choice of any sunbed. There are a lot more sunbeds on one of the grassed areas. We only used the pool bar about five times but always got good friendly service. Found Zak and other staff members very nice. Apartments situated in a great position as Archaravi is only 10_15 minutes away and roda about 20 minutes in opposite direction. Would definitely go back to kamari apartments.

stayed here for a week in October 2013 with my husband, was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but needn't have been. The apartments were clean and were kept that way all the while we were there. Zak and Eva were always helpful and pleasant on our first day we found our microwave wasn't working, Zak replaced it within a couple of hours. We only ate there one lunch and it was lovely, basic snacks but cooked as ordered so hot and very generous portions, as were the glasses of wine, prices good aswell. Close proximity to other bars, restaurants/beach, the only minus was the bar was closed, as early as 9.30pm which was a shame as we always like to have a night cap after our evening out, hence lost a mark for service. All in all a good last minute break which wasn't spoilt by a few showers, we still got sunny days even though it was October.

I stayed here in September, after having a look at the reviews we were a little worried about what we were going to however when we got there it was great. Staff were very nice and friendly, not sure what everyone else is on about they are always chatting to you and making sure everything is fine. I would not really recommend these apartments to families as there is nothing for the children to do and we found the pool area very quiet.

The apartments themselves were well spaced with all the amenities you need, there is no toaster which I don't see the issue with this as many other people are winging about? it has a hob kettle, sink and fridge ... I mean come on you are in Greece!! Out apartment (number 3) was great we walked straight out of the patio doors at the back of the studio and were straight at the pool side, it was great!!
The resort centre was around a minute walk down a dark road ( I would recommend you to take a torch) You come out the apartment turn right and at the bottom of the road turn left then about a 5minute walk you are at the resort with plenty of places to eat at very reasonable price. we found we were paying for a 2course meal for 2 people with 2 dirinks each for around 25-30euros.
If you came out the apartments and went left you would come to the sea front which was a pebbled beach and had more great restaurant.
We walked down into Roda twice which was lively with more bars and more going on (better for younger people)
We got a bus down to Corfu town with was around 5euros each return (I think) it was a great day out, the coach was lovely and had air conditioning.

Would definitely recommend this for a holiday though and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ground floor next to the pool - excellent rooms ( think it was number 3)

Just got back from Corfu where we stayed in the Kamari Apartments in Acheravi. This is a great hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low budget priced place to lay your head at night whilst on holiday. The self catering facilities are cramped, but there is plenty of hot water in a really lovely en suite modern bathroom and towels are replaced every other day. Bedding is also changed regularly. The room was kept clean and regularly washed with bleach. Zak and Eva are lovely and can't do enough for you. Just ask them what you need and you will get all the help with your enquiry and they "go the extra mile" for you. Their bar is very reasonably priced as are the meals you can buy which are cooked in front of you. Eva is an ardent animal lover and is well known for her acts of kindness towards the stray cats and dogs in her area. You will have a lovely affordable holiday if you stay at the Kamari!

Room Tip: We were in room 22 and it was very quiet and peaceful.

My boyfriend and I are coming to the end of our stay here at Kamari apartments. I cannot speak highly enough of the apartments and the staff..the awful reviews baffle me!
We are staying in apartment 16 which is a very stereotypical greek studio. Nice big bed..high ceilings..small kitchen and lovely en suite bathroom with powerful shower. Plenty of wardrobe space and furniture in general. Maids come in and change towels and make bed daily.so friendly!
Zak and Eva who own the apartments are so warm and welcoming..Zak has a wonderful sense of humour I think previous reviewers have mistaken for rudeness. The pool bar is purely there for snacks and drinks..toasties are yummy and portion sizes huge!we ate there for lunch most days for €10 for both of us including drinks!
The apartment is about a 3 minute walk from the sea front..perfect!
We walked to Roda in the evenings..lovely beach walk of about 15 minutes to a livelier village.
All in all..I would urge anyone thinking of coming to Kamari..hesitate no longer!we are very fussy guests and our every need and want was catered for.

Thank you to Zak, Eva and their wonderful friendly staff for making our stay in Corfu wonderful!

Eva and Zac were very welcoming when we arrived in the middle of a thunder and lighting storm. Eva show us to our apartment No 5. The apartment was spotless and the cleaners came to change the bedding and give us new towels daily. We like to go walking and Eva advised us which routes to take. The pool was lovely and there was sun loungers available for everyone. Eva let us use her laptop for free so that we could check our email etc. We booked a couple of trips from the local tours as there were a lot cheaper than Thomas Cook. We went to Corfu Town on the boat for the day and it was great. We also went on the Mountain Explorer upto the highest point on Corfu Island and had some amazing views. We stopped at a lovely village for lunch in a taverna.
