The price was very fair, if you consider that the breakfast was included (and what amazing breakfast - it was a nice surprise). However, the concierge must be in a bad mood day, because insisted in barking at us. Only on second day, she was more calm and happy and the things became better. My complaints : very hard to find the place (took more than 1/2 hour of my vacation time), the room that we got was very poor (low illumination, poor finished bathroom with the toilet broken) and, worst of all, only one AC outlet, that was in use for the room heather. So, to recharge our devices, only on corridor's outlets. The WiFi net was very good and strong. As told before our staying there was only partially compensated by the superb breakfast.

Room Tip: Hope you got the atendant in a good mood day.

We stayed here for two nights to go visit the national park.
It's a villa as I imagine most are in these places, on the rustic side. As it's a mountain region, you are very close to the forest and fresh air. This villa is about 20 minutes drive from the Plitvice National Park so if you come by car it is convenient.

The room we stayed in was small and besides the beds there were a couple chairs and a tiny table, a good storage area and a good bathroom. All was very clean and looked after. In the room there was an air conditioner but which had very little power so for cooling we relied on opening the window once it was dark and the temperatures outside went down.

We were disappointed by the absence of a mini-bar/mini-fridge because we had brought some food and water and would have wanted to keep them cool considering the heat. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice toiletries (little soaps, little shower gels and caps, mini sewing kit, little shoe-shine sponge) because I didn't expect them from such a small place. A small inconvenience was that the shower holder was broken. In the room we had one accessible power outlet only.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout (ask for the password at check-in) though in some areas of the room I lost the signal.

Breakfast takes place in the adjacent restaurant and consists of some cold slice meats and cheese, jam, cereal and milk, coffee and tea with some fruit. For us it was just enough though may not satisfy a picky eater.

The receptionist is helpful and will gladly guide you over the phone in impeccable English. She also greeted us several times in our language, which was a nice touch. Try to ask questions and request things upfront as there's not always someone at the front desk 100% of the time. Make sure you have cash in local currency to pay for your stay.

Overall a quiet, relaxing stay and just right for visiting the lakes.

This is basic accommodtion. It is clean though and the beds passable.
It is a bit overpriced for the quality even so. It is within good striking distance of the national park however the restaurant associated with the villa should be given. wide berth as the food was very ordinar. Unfortunately the included breakfast had to be taken at this restaurant which after the mel the night before, we were not looking forward to it. We went there anyway but should not have bothered as the service was a shocker and the breakfast very poor.. Additionally, the villa had not told us that a voucher from them was required and we were dismissed arrogantly until I walked back to the villa to retrieve a voucher. The hotel made no apology for thi lack of informtion and I met another client returning on the sme mission when I departed.

Room Tip: Don't go to the restaurant nearby!

If you don't want to spend a high price in summer, where it is difficult to find accomodation to go to the Plitvice National Park, this hotel is the ideal for you. Bedrooms are ok, not good, not bad, are big enough, and you have internet connection.
Breakfast, on the other hand, is horrible. You have no choice, unfortunately and bread tastes awful...
The staff are willing to help and give you some indications, as when we asked about the National Park, but we did not have much more treat than that with them.

Stayed one night which was probably more than enough. The air conditioning unit did not work well, you would be better off with the window open. The Satellite TV did not work at all. The shower had to be hand held as there it was broken but never been fixed. There is one power socket which you would use to plug the wall mounted air conditioning unit into, the other two sockets was near the ceiling used by the satellite box and the TV. If you want to charge anything, you will have to do without the air con unit. The WiFi only worked if you were near the door to the room. There is some arrangement with the restaurant nearby which has an outside sitting area, but you were not allowed to use it. Apparently breakfast is only served inside which clearly was not the case as there own guest were enjoying the Sun and their breakfast outside, never heard of anything so absurd. Do not even bother to ask for anything other than what you are given, We saw a family ask for toast - the answer was NO as only bread was included. How hard can making toast be ???

We are a family of 4 and stayed 2 nights at the Plitvicka Vila. In the area, you will not find and fancy hotels! Our room was clean and comfortable and plenty spacious. The free wi-fi was nice. The receptionist at the hotel speaks great English and is very nice. She gave us many recommendations. The worst part is the breakfast -it is just bread, lunch meat, cheese, and a hard boiled egg. It was okay the first day but gets old quickly! Bring cash to the area because many places only take cash and ATMS are hard to come by.
