We stayed in the hotel three nights but only had dinner once. And it was a very nice experience.
The chef is also the owner of the hotel and he knows his job. They proposed us to have a 5-course surprise menu with adapted wines and every course was a delight.
Down to eath atmosphere and a very nice service from the maitre, the (generous) sommelier (who specialises in Italian wine, especially the one from the region) but also from the other members of the staff.
After dinner the chef came over to have a talk with all of the guests and he is a very nice guy who shows a genuine interest.
