Hidden in the middle of a forest outside Sambuca is this gem. The owner, Wynn, is an Englishman who has been in Tuscany for 40 years. We let him guide us and he did not let us down. From a beginning of tempura-fried sage leaves through some heavenly pastas and spectacular steak and suckling pig, every dish was fabulous. He also picked wines for us, steering us to wines cheaper than we usually order but far better than we expected. Highly recommended.
