From time to time, when I pay a visit to my origin town, I always try to have lunch in this traditional premises. I remember it since I was a kid, mainly as a very good bakery. Last time I came here, it was for lunch. Nice prosciutto di Parma, just to start and then a beautiful plate of "paccheri" (paccheri pasta is a large, hollow, tube-shaped type of pasta. The shape of this pasta is similar to "rigatoni", but paccheri are shorter and have a larger diameter) served with a delicious bolognese sauce. Cream puffs' and a good espresso coffee, to finish. Simple, but very good food, indeed!
