Spent a fantastic 11 days here in early June 2014.

Firstly, to those who have been writing angry and aggressive reviews - for a hotel this price you really couldn't moan. Give it a break!

The all-inclusive meals comprised of great variety morning, lunch and dinner - as well as those well needed snacks inbetween times!

The all-inclusive drinks were your standard variety - local beer, wine and spirits included, as well as coke, sprite, fanta and self service machines providing a range of fresh fruit juice.

The entertainment team were very witty and, well, entertaining! Always plenty to keep you busy during the day including the 3 fun slides in to the swimming pool. (not always the best for young children as many adults were also, quite rightly, using the slides for amusement).

The rooms were cleaned every day (and were especially fancy if you left a 5 or 10 TL tip!). The maids were always friendly and smiling.

The room itself had also the basics. We were in the old part of the hotel on the top floor but for the price paid, could not complain one bit. Comfy double bed with air con blowing on it at night. Balcony also overlooking the busy pool.

If you get the chance -DEFINITELY use the spa facilities on the -1 floor. The treatments including turkish bath, face mask, sauna and full massage were fantastic. Would recommend to do early in the holiday.

All in all a fantastic holiday and will defintely be returning!

Big shout out to Katherine and Sally on reception! Done a great job!

The pictures shown are very mis-leading we have just come back from this resort & only 2 pictures are showing coreect the evening shot over-looking the pool & the 1 of the childrens pool. There are 2 parts to the resort the "old" part which the rooms are not shown very old, shabby setee was broken & black mould in bathroom, so up-graded to "new" part. Much better but dressing table had no draws no shelves in wardrobe how ever very clean. Wifi shockling poor had 2 sit in reception 2 get a connection, if you go all inclusive all free drinks stop at 11pm, no evening entertainment like advertised. Staff very friendly food out this world..

Room Tip: Go new part as stated in my comments.

Spent a week on holiday here with my boyfriend (his first holiday abroad) and had a fantastic time! We travelled from the UK and booked with Thomas Cook.

Staff - very friendly and helpful. Some of the hotel staff were British, so communicating any issues would never have been a problem (not that we needed to!)

Food - I found this to be typical of an all inclusive hotel. You will always get a mix in the quality of food served, but in my opinion there was something delicious on offer every day! Even my fussy eater boyfriend never struggled. For the most fussy eaters - chips/salad etc. were always on offer. The breakfasts had the least variety and it would have been nice to have bacon at least once! But can't really complain. Ice creams were served for a couple of hours each day, which was a great addition! Other snacks were available between meals - chips, burgers, kebab, soup etc.

Drinks - Can't comment much on alcoholic drinks as we are are not big drinkers and only had a couple of vodka and cokes! As for soft drinks though, Coca Cola, Sprite and Fanta were all the branded versions, not cheaper alternatives and the drinks were not all watery and diluted as is often the case, so was very pleased!

Pools - Very nice pools, kept very clean. The pool's waterslides were great fun (not just for the kids!) One of the pools was where activities took place, and the other was more of a quiet pool. Both had a bar. I can imagine they would get very busy at peak times. We were sometimes struggling to get sunbeds by late morning. Sunbeds can be reserved from 8am, so I'd recommend getting up early to reserve beds, particularly larger families and groups. One thing to mention is that pool towels are not available, so make sure you bring your own!

Room - Very clean and no major issues. A couple of the lightbulbs made a buzzing noise and the TV got a very bad reception - This didn't bother us as we didn't go on holiday to watch TV! The aircon was included (not sure if this is the case for all customers?) and worked with no issues. We were on one of the upper floors so sometimes water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Try to time showers before the major early evening rush!

Location - A bit isolated from Marmaris itself. Next door to a major supermarket (part of the Tesco group) so you can buy anything you might need from there!. Some local bars and shops within a few minutes walk. If you want to walk into Marmaris, this takes 30-40 minutes but it's not the best walk, not much to see. Easier to take the Dolmus bus at 2 Turkish Lira. Taxis are also available outside the hotel. About 15 Lira to get into town. The hotel ran a free shuttle bus service a few times a day but we always managed to miss this.

Entertainment - The team were very good and there was some form of entertainment every day but Fridays. The shows were of a basic standard but better than nothing. One night was karaoke. A few audience participation type games, some local dancers singers etc. Activities in the day included table tennis, aquarobics etc. but we were usually out all day and missed these activities.

All in all a fantastic holiday. You won't regret staying at this hotel (at least not if you get a great deal like we did!)
