Club ege is vibrant and full of energy, the staff get everyone buzzing. The food is nice. The reception lady isnt the most helpful but club ege provide a great holiday although more suited to young people and family.

another trip to turkey we had seen this hotel in passing and had a turkish bath in there a couple of years ago. we got there the main pool had been cut in half and half the hotel and been sold off . nothing at all that was advertised . all web sites do need updating badly . we had 2 rooms one for my son and his friend and one for me and my partner and youngest son. we booked all inclusive as it was my sons 21 whilst we were there . how ever the food was not at all edible we managed one meal out of the 7 days . breakfast was a no go . the bar was a joke beer was not drinkable neither were any other drinks including soft drinks . the rooms were clean when we arrived how ever the cleaners did not attend for the whole week we had to go down to ask for the toilet bins to be emptied and the towels to be changed ,(i use medical equipment that leaves a bag of rubbish every time no where to put this ) there was no entertainment on at all even though i asked before booking (we have been in october before so know that a lot of the hotels close down and the staff started to close up near the end of the week even though uk school hols had just started and people were arriving daily )if you have children and rely on all inclusive dont use this hotel you will be dissapointed and will ruin your experience of turkey .the pool area was ok how ever there as no life guard on duty and numerous young children running up the slides parents left them to their own devises (not the hotels fault i know but health and safety !!)no one tols the children to get down the slides were not blocked off when they were switched off .we took our own drinks to the pool area bought from the supermarket across the road half the price of the hotel.

Room Tip: Dont book at all

we arrived late at night, stayed in block a 209 and 210.. five adults and one blonde 4 year old granddaughter,, (who sometimes got a bit too much attention, blonde being a lucky charm???) room wasn't bad, no cleaners all week but were not animals and did our own tidying, spose going in the last week of October had its advantages as more and more people left the pool seating area became better, apart from the hotel staff emptying other blocks of its furnishings and walking past everyone sunbathing many times a day.. the pools were cold but once in u didn't notice,, our sophie loved the slide and wouldn't come off,, the food,, very hit and miss but edible,, j and js across the road was good while it was open but they closed for the season half way through our holiday,, bar staff were chatty and friendly, over all we enjoyed it and would go back, might have been a different story if were in the block nearest the main road coz I think that's where most of the complaints came from

Room Tip: a block, we had a side room that got the sun first thing

Arrived to the hotel at night and everything seemed ok , staff were helpful but lacking in English language. Got to our room , all seemed ok , except there was only 2 beds , and 4 of us staying here. Shower door was broken , only 2 light bulbs working on main lights for room. Breakfast was terrible , boiled eggs and hard bread was the choices every morning which didn't set well with everyone. Dinner was the same every night and no entertainment. Definately do not book this hotel for an all inclusive , just not worth your money !
Swimming pools were very clean and the best bit of the hotel .
Quite close to the beach and night life is quite good.
We ate across the road from hotel every night in a place called JJ's , friendly staff and great food , far better than the hotel. As for the maids making up your room , we didn't have fresh towels , bedding or toilet roll for the entire week , so we complained at reception. They said it will be all ok and nothing happened. We tracked the ladies down our self and managed to get some towels and fresh bedding . Was not happy at this hotel!
Would be ok for self catering but not all inclusive !
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

Was worried about going to this place after reading awful reviews, however when we arrived it was no where near as bad as people had described it,
We found no fault with the hotel, staff and pools, the only small down side was the food got samey, and a couple of evenings we went across the road for a change.
We had a laugh with the staff especially the photographer guy I think by the time we left we were known as the jiggy couple!!
Room and public areas always clean, and reception on arrival an excellent welcome.

Room Tip: Request block A as its the newer block and apparently more modern rooms.

hi everyone I booked this holiday 24hrs before I left, last minute thing. I paid £270 all inclusive. I have to say for the price its an absolute bargain, the people moaning need to pay a bit extra to get the finer things in life. soon as I arrived got my room key in 5 minutes and had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony overlooking the town, nice view. rooms were decent enough, shower had hot water and everything was clean, food was decent enough they fed us 4 times a day burgers and chips at around 5 pm could have had more variety on the deserts but like I said you get what you pay for.

there are restaurants /bars near the hotel so you can always go out to eat if you really don't like the food or you just fancy a change, also just outside the hotel the local bus comes every 10 minutes that take you to the city centre for only 2liras one way.
Staff were friendly especially the manger who took me to the bus station himself when I told him I lost my mobile may be on the local bus, I cant see any hotel manager doing this, my mobile was not found but appreciate his help, I would recommend this hotel for the price to anyone

Room Tip: 4th floor is the best, nice balcony view

Hi my name is Sam me and my lovely wife Renu And 2 children called Rico and Marco came to Club Ege for a 2 week on the 27th Aug to 10th Sep. We stayed in Family Room B307 Block B,
we was greeted by a young man in Reception called Irfan who game me a list of the rules sheets and gave us all out red arm bands, Then he showed us to Block B Room B307 where he explained everything we needed to know about the room he was very helpful just the kind of person you want to see in Reception a nice happy face to welcome you after a long flight and drive,

the next day we got to know what kind of food there was and how helpful the staff are, the food was great the pool was cleaned daily the slides were a lot of fun for my two boys and me lol.

Anyway it was an Amazing time we had the staff at the dinner times were really excellent worker made sure all the tables were nice and clean and tidy and when we finished out dinner made sure our plates were taken away, not only that they were very funny and would have a laugh and a joke with you making you feel very welcome not a lot of hotels do that, also I remember a young man at the Bar called Zafer I will always remember his name he had excellent customer service skills with a big smile he would also make sure you were looked after also I seen the way he worked with the other members in the Bar area his management skills were great in communication and origination, back in England I am a Customer Service Trainer so I have great observation skills in this area,
its when people make you feel that welcome and treat you great makes this a happy memory to keep for the rest of your life, the reason we came to Turkey it was my Birthday and it was Amazing this is a Hotel I will always come back to so if anyone is thinking of going here trust me its a place you will want to return to.

So a big thank you to all the staff the little girl in Reception and the old man in glasses was great, I cant remember there names Big thank you to Irfan and Zafer your Boss should give you a pay rise and more Bonus ha ha...
good bye and see you again in the future.

Sam Leo Sanga. x
