After eventually arriving to the hotel from the airport we were taken to our room which had a broken door which we were not happy with. The corridors and general state of the hotel was dirty and run down. The reception was the only place it was clean and tidy. The toilets has graffiti in them and on one occasion there was even blood on tissues on the floor that one one had bothered to clean up. Certainly not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Due to having small children I found this not acceptable. So now the pool side area. Well lets just say that if you wanted to have a sun lounger and be beside the pool you had to go put your towels at 6am in the morning otherwise you would have no where to sit with your kids. So we hardly spent time around the pool for this reason. The Sun loungers were not exactly in great condition so we weren't missing anything. The hotel staff were the best part of the visit. They were all friendly with the kids and quite helpful in general. So I am trying to make this a true review of the place. However as far as good things go in this place thats about the only thing good going for this place. The food was not what you'd expect from a 5 star place. If you like chicken and salad everyday then perfect. Drinks around the hotel were served in small plastic beakers which made me and my wife feel like small children. Their was only 2-3 different alcoholic drinks served throughout the time we were there which I found really strange as I've had more choice in an bedsit in Blackpool. Breakfast time was our favourite meal. The tea was nice along with the toast and ample fruits to indulge in. However if you family a full english then a short walk away you could get this for just £1.00 in a local cafe which became our breakfast bar. Our review on here is a true reflection of this hotel. Please feel free to visit and experience it for yourselves. I would not stay here again as for the price you could quite easily get a true 5* hotel. This hotel in our opinion was would be lucky to even be a 3*. We hope you enjoy were every you stay.

We had booked a weeks holiday at this hotel, and after booking we read some of the reviews. We wished to god afterwards that we had paid heed to them and cancelled this holiday. We left home at 10.30 am to catch a flight from Bristol to Dalaman at 1. 35 pm. We arrived at Dalaman at 8pm there time. We then had a 2 hour journey by a filthy bus to our hotel. Transport provided by A2B Travel. We arrived at the hotel just after 10pm. We were not permitted to have anything at all to eat even though we had been travelling for 11 and a half hours. We were instead just made to keep signing papers by a very disgruntled receptionist. We asked about food, and were told that the restaurant closed at 9pm and we weren't permitted to have anything. We were finally showed to our room, and had only water and some sort of fruit juice in the fridge to drink. No tea making facilities whatsoever. We unpacked some of our luggage and decided to retire. The start of this was a broken bed, that I caught my leg on whilst trying to get into it. The base was completely broken ans sticking out at the side. In the morning, we attempted to have a bath. No plugs in the bath or sink. We asked for plugs for 6 days and the day before we left they put 2 bath plugs in our room. No sink plug. The hairdryer was broken, cracked right in half. Likewise the remote control for the television. We asked for 2 days for a new remote, and then finally got one. This hotel is supposed to be 4 star. In this country it wouldn't even get a 2 rating. The tea and coffee in the restaurant ( CANTEEN) would be a better word. was just like black tar. We went to a small shop along the road and bought our own T bags. The food was not fit for pigs. They will tell you that they try and cater for many nationality's. Not true. English does not come into it. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ended up going into Marmaris and having all our meals at a place called Sweet Corner. Excellant food and very lovely people. Jack, the owner runs a free taxi service to where ever you are staying and back again. Would strongly advice anyone to go there to eat. Very reasonable priced and lovely food. There was only one bar at the hotel that sold only one beer. and very little in the way of spirits. Don't think of taking nice clothes to wear of an evening, as the seating is that of the pool area, dirty plastic chairs and tables, bar staff that couldn't care less if they serve you or not. The entertainment consisted of one hour at 9pm for the children, just dancing around with one member of staff, and then bingo for the rest of the evening, if they sold enough tickets, which usually amounted to about 3 so then that got cancelled which left no entertainment whatsoever. The cleaning staff for our room, just put the vacuum around occasionally. The wash basin, bath, and bathroom floor was never cleaned. The beds were never changed at all for the whole week. Only the bath mat was changed once, none of the towels were changed dispite putting them on the floor as requested if you wanted them changed. We had to ask for soap for the sink as this was never refilled. None of the glasses were ever washed or replaced in the bathroom. This list is endless. We went all inclusive, DON'T BOTHER, in fact it has put us off ever going back to Turkey. We were really looking forward to this trip. NEVER AGAIN.

Room Tip: Don't even go there, book another hotel

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our All Inclusive programme does operate within specific time frames with meals being served at agreed times. All Inclusive drinks are available from 10.00- 23.50. There is a 24 hour market on site for snack or refreshment requirements outwith these times. Our food does cater for a wide variety of tastes and nationalities and our menus are reflective of this. We appreciate you sharing your views and thank you for your feedback.

Me (20) and my newly engaged fiancé (23) arrived at the hotel with high hopes as it's presented as a 5* hotel, how they got their 5* rating is beyond me. The staff were unpleasant and just plain rude, as well as most our furnishings in our room were broken or faulty; the chair under the desk was literally not even a chair the legs were barely still attached, there were fag burns in the nicer chairs, the hair dryer was appalling quality and all the plastic on the handle was broken and mostly snapped off, the lamps that are on the walls were loose, wonky only one of them even worked, there was a massive crack in the sliding doors right were the handle is. Not to mention lack of general hygiene upkeep and stains on the carpet throughout.
After being in the hotel for no more than a couple of hours i injured myself quite badly around the entrance of the only open bar, which is near the pool due to the tiles being extremely uneven and poorly laid. When reported to reception it was ignored until 6 days later my partner did the same in another area. They then re did the loose tiles but to be honest it won't make any difference.
All inclusive food is always a risk, however I'm not a fussy eater and always look forward to it. Not here! Even the chips were hard, cold and just rank. The chicken was no way near cooked as it was still raw on the bone.
The staff were ridiculous not to mention uncomfortably cocky.
As a young couple were weren't really in the hotel much, which is lucky because I would've been so bored. There was no entertainment except bingo. Which is fun but not every night. I felt sorry for people with children they seemed to all struggle in the evenings.
There's so many things with this hotel, I never write reviews but this hotel is just beyond a joke.

This hotel was truly lovely. You are met by a very impressive and clean reception area and friendly staff.
The rooms, although very basic, are carpeted, warm and clean. The poolside and dining areas are also well kept and spotlessly clean.
The food did lack variety but this was far from the end of the world...chips were always available for the more picky amongst us, which admittedly can get labourious after a while...but you could easily cope for a week, would be my opinion.
The onsite tattooist is extremely impressive indeed.

My friends and i have visited pineta park twice a year for the past three years and wouldn't even consider a change. The hotel caters for your every need and the entertainment staff are an absolute buzz. They work throughout the day as well as partying with us at night time and are the best bunch of guys you could meet. If you want adventure and insanity this is the place to find it

Me and my partner went here at the beginning of april, a little out of season but we still enjoyed it. The hotel was good for the price we paid and was overall satisfied apart from with a few things. The food is poor and we ended up eating out a few times. It was the same food over and over and real poor quality. Also there was one particular entertainer we didnt like because he would go around the pool to see if anybody wanted to go on the guest lists for bar street, but only to groups of young girls, he never once approached us (bear in mind we are 22) and we had to aproach him, and ask about entertainment etc. That really annoyed me! Everything else we were satisfied with :-)

This is the second time I stayed here. I'm not sure why Brits always show us up. I have to agree with the reviewer from Newcastle the ppl in this hotel try their best to make things perfect for and work really hard.
The hotel is nice however can do with the rooms being redecorated. The rooms are big and always clean.
The only reason why I gave this hotel is a four is purely because of the repetitive food. This def needs improving. A lot of variety but lacks the extra touch.
However saying that you will never starve.
I would come back again due to the staff and location.
