I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip, it was convenient for the office thereby beating the Paris rush hour. The room was small (not set up as a work environment), the bathroom was a bit dated (not unusual for hotels in Paris), breakfast was okay (but would have been prohibitive at Euro 11.50 if it hadn't been included in the price), drinks and food in the restaurant were the same prices charged by smart Parisian restaurants (which explained the fact that the place was deserted in the evening), WIFI was free (which was a nice surprise).
There are very few restaurants close by. St Cloud station is 10 - 15 mins walk (there is also a bus service). From there you get frequent trains to La Defense and to St Lazare station. La Defense is the business district with lots of shops and restaurants, there is also the metro connection into the centre of Paris. St Lazare station is close to the old Opera Garnier - there is an abundance of restaurants.
Would I come back - yes, on the basis tat the rush hour traffic in Paris is something to be avoided and the closeness to the station means you can spend your evening in Paris. I would not spend any time there on a leisure break, there are better (and less expensive places in Neuilly to be had).
