What can I say about this cottage? It was one of the best we have booked clean, warm and felt like a come from home had everything you could need very well equipped. Beds really comfy with top class bedding. Masham it's self has plenty of eateries, 4 pubs, tearooms and 2 brewies to visit, which grandad enjoyed as for the grandkids plenty of farms to visit, but really recommend Forbidden corner a little further away but only about 20 minute drive just past Middleton and a great ice cream parlour with kids outside player each just outside masham to name but a few .
The house was ideal for us, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We visited the Himalayan Gardens and Sculpture Trail (make sure you check opening times), and Fountains Abbey which were both excellent. The whole area was lovely for a relaxing visit - we probably never traveled more than 20 miles from the cottage. Wonderful walking routes and amazing scenery. It was lovely to come back to the cottage and feel totally at home.
Very well equipped kitchen like a home from home. It is our second time in Park Street and we won't be looking anyway else in Masham. IT was very cold in Masham this weekend but the cottages was warm and cosy. We had friends to stay on Saturday and plenty of room ,they were impressed. Hope to be back in December for Ann's birthday. DAVE ORRIEL.
An amazing stay in a very well appointed house. There were so many extra touches that made it feel like home - the baked goods on arrival were particularly welcome! So much to do in the area and the town was very peaceful. Our recommendation is to make sure you stay more than 2 nights!!
We had a perfect stay in a lovely cottage. 2 minutes walk to many local pubs - highly recommended is the bay horse and bear - a bakers and butcher with many places to walk. 3 days was perfect. Cottage owners were also great and overcame a minor problem. Everything you need is included in the cottage even a nice cake on arrival.
Well a lovely quaint cottage , excellent location 2 minute walk to square n pubs .
Very clean , excellent bedding n very good range of equipment for a self catering break .
Thank you Mullin family
We couldn't have been happier with this lovely little cottage. It was warm and cosy, well equipped, and in such a beautiful little market town. We only stayed for 3 nights, but wish we had booked for a week. Correspondence with the owner was friendly and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
