Stayed at the CuisinArt resort for 4 yrs in a row and always had the buffet here at their in house restaurant. Never impressed but then we're not big buffet fans...ever. We decided this year to eat at the restaurant and try a "non-buffet" night. WOW.what a difference. Started off with the beet salad and hydroponic salad. Beet salad was tasty and beautifully presented. Yum! Hydroponic salad was huge and delicious. (Pays to have your own hydroponic farm on-site!) Entrees were also exceptional. Had pink snapper which was small but expertly cooked. (Not enough to share!) Also had the Anguillan crayfish. At $52 it's pricy but came with six halves each one tastier than the other. Again...perfectly cooked. Wine was an Italian Bromito (Chardonnay) at $50/bottle. Lower end of the price scale but a perfect compliment to our meal. Finished off sharing the chocolate soufflé (NOT TO BE MISSED!) along with two glasses of dry red wine. Service was friendly and attentive without being hovering. A PERFECT meal on a perfect evening to start our holiday. Highly recommended even if not staying at the resort.
