This restaurant lives up to the high praise it received in recent reviews. Some utterly unique combinations, portions not too big, presentation is stunning. We had the foie gras with apple to start, my partner had guinea fowl and I had cod which is often boring but this was served on a bed of mushrooms and was cooked to perfection. Deconstructed Tarte au citron was a masterpiece. Service was unobtrusive, there immediately when you wanted it,but otherwise we were left in peace to enjoy our meal.The timing between each dish was just right. Anyone who enjoys good quality food with an unusual twist should head here pronto.
