What an unfortunate experience.
Beautiful setting in the mountains, conveniently located across the road from the ski slopes and nice facilities.
Unfortunately, their customer service is horrible.
We were shown to our room which was supposed to be non-smoking and clearly someone had been smoking in there. We asked the reception lady (Jessica) if we could change and she rudely said no, that there were no other rooms and walked away. After complaining again and speaking to the man at reception, they were able to move us to another room which miraculously was free 10 mins later.
We had to catch an early flight on New Year's day morning so we woke up early to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was supposed to be open from 7:30 am. No one was there until 8:00 am. There wasn't even anyone at reception at 8:15 when we had to leave the hotel, so we left without checking out.
Would not recommend this hotel or return again.
