“Excellent base for a youth touring rugby team”
Reviewed 13 May 2013

Stayed here as part of an U11s rugby tour - excellent facilities for the boys to have fun on the Saturday. Great lunch and supper provided. Brilliant place to let the boys run around in the evenings, including a football pitch. Fantastic value rooms.

“A priceless experience!”
Reviewed 25 April 2013

We have recently returned from a Year 6 Monday to Friday stay. All thirty two pupils are still talking about their brilliant week! The accompanying School Staff literally watched them "grow "through the week as they took part in a wide variety of activities either individually or as part of a group or team. They were challenged but never at risk, encouraged and praised by the always professional and friendly Staff!
Thanks again for a brilliant week, we will be returning!

“I want to go back now!!!”
Reviewed 18 April 2013

A colleague and I took a year 6 class to Morfa Bay to do some coastal studies as well as have fun on the wide variety of activities. The staff are very accommodating and flexible. Programmes can be altered to suit weather conditions and study programmes. We saw beautiful coast lines, beaches and sea defences. The children learned a huge amount in preparation for our geography project on Coasts. Andy, his friend John and Chris are very knowledgeable and made learning fun throughout our stay. The week's activities and enjoyable walks tired the children out nicely. Just as important - the food was lovely and wholesome and our last night was particularly pleasant ..... I won't give anything away about that though. We shall be returning next year - can't wait .

“Day Trips to Morfa Bay - EXCELLENT!”
Reviewed 12 April 2013

We have just returned from a day trip at Morfa Bay as part of some outdoor education and teambuilding for a class of 9-10 year olds. From the outset the standard of professionalism was exceptional. At all times the children were made to feel valued, responsible and most importantly safe. The instructors were extremely positive and friendly, even in some very cold conditions. The day consisted of 4 activities run from 9 til 3, giving the children a busy but very worthwhile day. They have not stopped talking about it back in class, and many have already told me about their plans to hold their upcoming birthday parties there. Many thanks to all of the instructors who made the day such a memorable one and we will definately be returning next year!

“Stag + Hen + Morfa Bay = Epic Hag!”
Reviewed 8 April 2013

My husband and I arranged a weekend for both our stags and hens (AKA the HAG) to get to know each other and have some fun before the big day. Morfa Bay was the perfect location! Girls against boys in activities such as archery, axe throwing, sumo relay race and the mud assault course. The whole group laughed non-stop from start to finish, with the instructors keeping us entertained (and safe of course) throughout the whole day. The food provided at lunch time was outstanding with all manner of dietary requirements taken care of without any fuss. Everyone had an absolute ball and it gave us so many happy memories to laugh about on the wedding day! I would recommend all couples to have a HAG at Morfa Bay; in fact we are already planning our joint 30th birthday HAG reunion at the centre :-)
