We stayed here for 2 nights while attending the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. It's an ideal base for visiting that city - 40 minutes to an hour away by car or by train, but a great rural location. As others have said, the hotel is set in one of the mill buildings of an 18th Century mill complex .... as a result the ceilings are high and the rooms and corridors are spacious. It's also a very quiet location with good walks along the river bank to the Falls of Clyde.
The hotel is fairly small - only 28 rooms - and has a restaurant, small bar and a pool. We only ate breakfast; the cooked version being very good, but the cold meats somewhat disappointing both in variety and presentation. Service was very quick, and all the staff we encountered (in and out of the restaurant) were friendly and helpful.
We will definitely return some time to explore the area in a bit more depth ....
