i stayed one night in may 2014. i had a spacious, highly decorated room with a double and a single bed (403). the room had two huge armchairs, a flatscreen tv and a fridge (in the wardrobe). the bathroom had a shower and western toilet, a hairdryer was available as well. i got a glance into another room, they seem to be very different in size and decoration. wifi was working in the lobby only (maybe in the lower floors as well). the manager speaks english, the other staff at the reception understands a little and tries to help. a small breakfast buffett was included in the price. i paid 50$ for single occupancy per night. adress: takhti street, tel. +98 811 826 1266

Although I booked by phone more than 1 month earlier, there was no record of my name. Luckily (or not, if I come to think of it), they had free rooms. The reception area, the hallways, the staircase looked so posh and shiny, that, when we got into our room and saw outdated furniture, an age-old bathroom and tons of dust, my boyfriend couldn't stand it, so he went and asked for another room. We got another one; there was no huge difference between the two. However, the second one did smell better and was cleaner.
The good thing about this hotel (this is why it got 2 points and not 1 in rating) is that the staff tried to help us and to make our stay enjoyable. The thing is that there is no attention to details in this hotel (I noticed this during the following morning, over breakfast); they have turned the reception+breakfast area into such a modern space, yet there is dust on the boards and shelves around the tables, there are two massage chairs 'throning' there and simply ruining the view, there are materials used during renovation still found in-between floors. If I were in charge of this place, I would simply raise it to the ground and start building it anew. Patching does not help.

Very good quality, nice, new furnished rooms, all with bathrooms. Nice breakfasts included. Wifi works fine (but reception in only to the second floor). English partly spoken. Cost - 50$ per room (3 people).

This is a great place. We stayed Two night at Arian Hotel, it met expectation staff: polite, helpful Room. Everything about the place was great.
Arian Hotel is beautiful hotel to stay, in great location. The room was big, clean, full with elegant things and luxuries.
The service was great. It was really nice to eat breakfast in special restaurant.
GOOD AND VERY CHEEP PRICE FOR US FROM AUSTRALIA

Room Tip: Higher floor that we were there was luxury

Hotel arian is located very near to city center so if you dont have a car ,the location is good .

Hotel itself is very clean and cozy .from what I undestood every floor has different design ,and third and fourth are the best ones . however first and second floor are ok too .also the rooms which open in the main street are noisy so try to get one in the other side of the hotel .
There is a restaurant in the basement which is small but clean and there wasnt much varity in food but it isnt bad if you dont have time to eat elsewhere .
Breakfast is also very simple and it is in ground floor near the lobby .

The Arian was a refreshing experience for a three star hotel in Iran. It was clean, well-appointed and the staff were service oriented. Nothing was too much trouble - pots of tea, loan of a laptop, extra towels etc. The owner spoke great English, which helped loads as my Farsi is bad ; ) Rooms were a good size and it had fantastic wifi! Would recommend as a value for money three * hotel.
