“Rarely give 5* but this hotel deserves it!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

A really great hotel. Lots to do from the gym to the indoor pool, mini golf. No need to worry if you have a dull or rainy day here, the spa is well worth a trip.
When we arrived we were greeted by an English lady (Emma) who told us everything we needed to know. The hotel is absolutely spotless!! There wasn't one spec of dust anywhere. Every thing feels clean and new. We had a junior suit which was stylish and spacious. One room has one gigantic bed and in the other two sofa beds. The one and only gripe was that the sofa beds were very uncomfortable! There was a bar in the middle and a very thin mattress and an iron bar stricken out the side which I kept banging my leg on. When I mentioned it to the Emma she had an extra mattress sent to my room immediately. Nothing was a problem.
I had a 6 month old baby and this is where the hotel really demonstrated that they cater for everyone. They had purée ready at lunch and dinner, a blender, a steriliser and a microwave! It made life so much easier. The also had large round sun beds which were ideal for sharing with baby. More of these would be welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The down sides were there wasn't much to do out the hotel and nothing to do in ozdere. Tours were over priced. Get a private taxi to take to instead, it works out cheaper. Be warned they don't drive slowly!!!
The restaurant was exceptional. Formal but relaxed dining. Food was well presented and a good variety. They had plenty for vegetarians and their fish night is really out of this world. They put a huge amount of effort into it.
Overall a great place to spend a relaxing week. Would go again.

Room Tip: Junior rooms are fab room 203 was lovely.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Amazing food, room, the hotel was spotlessly clean!

The people were lovely and we were looked after everyday by out waiter Hasan who had our table ready everyday for us!

The beach was well kept and we even had iced towels, drinks and fruit bought round to our beds

The scenery was amazing and the brochure is as good as the real thing!

I would highly recommend this hotel! Amazing!

My wife and i have just returned from paloma pasha.we have had a wonderful time. This is both our first time to Turkey, we normally have done greek.
Before we went i looked on tripadviser to get feel of what it was like.
The hotel is about 45/50 mins from the airport.
On arrival we were greeting with smiling faces, helpful staff and a complimentory drink. A gentleman very kindly took our cases and showed us to our room.
The room,
We were sea faceing and one floor above recepption. The room was of good size clean tidy with a mini bar which was tocked every day. There is a hair dryer for you ladies. On the bed were two towels, these were our free beach towels which we were given clean fresh ones every day, or go to reception and replace them. We never had and issue with noise ( but you would if you went to bed early) as for BBQ smoke yes we could smell that but then what do you expect.
Hotel.
Clean, tidy and well kept. Constant maintainance going on. We did read before the two ponds had a horrible smell, we never had, and we were right above one. We also saw them being cleaned. Never went in the pool but did dip toe and found it quite warm, we did read some found it too cold. The pool area beds did seem to go quite quickly, people popping down at about 730am to get beds. We preferred the decked area (the quiet zone) we were going down after breakfastat about 10 am and still finding a bed, though the ones next to an umbrella were snapped up first. One caution here, wear something on your feet as you could get a few splinters. You are quite away from the hotel here, dont fear there is a drinks trolly here which is constantly refilled that you can help yourself from. also we had on different days days, fruit brought round, cold flannels, ice tea. The sea was a bit chilly to get in but once in, lovely. The gym was the best well equiped and tidyest gym ive seen abroad. We did try the indoor swimming pool, there was a storm one day so we went inside. Very nice and warm. They have a sauna and steam room also very nice clean and tidy. I must mention the turkish bath. Do not go to the paloma Pasha and not use this, it is so relaxing !
Food
So much variety! They also have themed nights. The turkish street night was brilliant set out just like a street with music and all types of turkish food. There was no hassle when getting food, ie no queing, is was a free for all but still very easy. The waiters were fantastic. We were greeted by them when we went for our food. This was so we sat in their area. We found them very helpful and efficient. This was to the point they got to know us and what we drank and got our drinks with out asking. We were very polite to them and got wonderful service back. We did not tip troughout our stay, but the day before we were due to leave we did tip a few that we felt were outstanding. They do have Al a carte restaurants, we only tried the '' four seasons'' yes i recommend it.
Entertainment
We did not get involved in the daily entertainment we went away to relax. That said i would say that the evening entertainment was something else. These were different every night, some of which seemed professional. The ampitheatre was being prepped for the season on our first week. The second week it was up and running. A smal lthing, the first night we went down there, we were greeting with some bugs and things wondering around and over our feet, stag beetles, spiders. This seemed to be better from the second night on. I did read the lighting was not very good enroute, not true it was good lighting.
Guest relations
Emma and the team were fantastic, cant fault them. (get well soon Emma!) We had and issue with the safe in the room to start with (free safe) but it was addressed with in a few hours.
Trips
We did two trips. We always try to do a waterpark when away. If your into them then this is a must, though some were not open and i think it may of been to short staff. That is about 50 mins drive. We also visited Ephesus and anchiant town, if your into it its great, wear decent footwear and a hat its very hot !!
The day we left we were again given a drink. Martin the entertainment guy waved us off holding a card with the union jack on saying ''good bye safe trip hope to see you soon''

Summary:- all the moans and groans that other people had written we never came cross. Some said the staff were rude, well if your rude to them i guess you will get a cold should back.

Enjoy yourself, they certainly know how to treat people !
