We had a great week at the Paloma Pasha Resort. It really is a lovely hotel and the service is outstanding.

We arrived about 9.15pm and were greeted at reception. But, rather than check us in immediately they took us down to the restaurant to catch dinner which finished a 9.30pm. I thought this was a great start, and a true reflection of the unbeatable service we were set to receive throughout the rest of our stay. After dinner we returned to reception where we were checked in and shown to our room. This was spacious, clean, modern and had plenty of wardrobe space. The bed was large and comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room also had a mini bar that was stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, juice and water. I always take my own hairdryer on holiday because they're never powerful enough, but I have to say even the hairdryer on the bathroom wall was OK!

The pool and beach areas were lovely, well kept and had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The entertainment team worked hard around the pool but didn’t bother anybody who didn’t want to join in. Cold drinks, fresh fruit, icecream and cold towels were brought around the pool daily.

We were always greeted warmly at mealtimes and shown to a table by one of the waiters. We were always asked what we'd like to drink as soon as we sat down. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety for all. Hot dishes were plenty warm enough and the cold dishes were fresh and well presented, as was the bread selection. I particularly enjoyed the desserts, so much choice!

The hotel has a great cocktail list and internationally branded alcohols are included. The terrace bar has large comfy seats and great views over the coastline.

My only disappointment was the location. Ozdere itself is only a very small town with only a few shops. We got a taxi to Kusadasi one day (€70 return) where we were able to do some shopping and sit in the marina.

I would definitely return, and I'd also recommend it to others looking for a relaxing week in the sun.

Second year in a row at this hotel and had a lovely stay again. Can't fault the food, hotel, facilities, or standerd of rooms. Even with a rubbish view. all we did was sleep, wash and change in it so no issue with view at all. Will continue to visit this hotel for years to come for a relaxing week away, however the staff are shocking with the exception of Emma and levant who are amazing!!!! Whilst at lunch one day she come down to give my daughter an inflatable ring for the pool. Will do anything for anyone!! This woman deserves a medal. The bar and resturant staff are absolutely useless. Rude, ignorant(unless they are being tipped in which case they treat u like royalty) never took drink orders at meal times, ignored us at the bars, even my 7 yr old daughter commented on how invisible she felt when trying to get a drink. Only one bar person at a time so you have to wait an eternity to get your drinks. It seems if your not German or French you may as we'll not be there. They use local college kids as dogs bodies and is awkward to watch. If they sacked all staff( except Emma who should be made general manager) and employed people who wanted to do their job this place would be amazing!!!!! Also entertainment budget seems to have been dramatically cut from last year!!!!! All in all love the place just not the staff

A really great hotel. Lots to do from the gym to the indoor pool, mini golf. No need to worry if you have a dull or rainy day here, the spa is well worth a trip.
When we arrived we were greeted by an English lady (Emma) who told us everything we needed to know. The hotel is absolutely spotless!! There wasn't one spec of dust anywhere. Every thing feels clean and new. We had a junior suit which was stylish and spacious. One room has one gigantic bed and in the other two sofa beds. The one and only gripe was that the sofa beds were very uncomfortable! There was a bar in the middle and a very thin mattress and an iron bar stricken out the side which I kept banging my leg on. When I mentioned it to the Emma she had an extra mattress sent to my room immediately. Nothing was a problem.
I had a 6 month old baby and this is where the hotel really demonstrated that they cater for everyone. They had purée ready at lunch and dinner, a blender, a steriliser and a microwave! It made life so much easier. The also had large round sun beds which were ideal for sharing with baby. More of these would be welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The down sides were there wasn't much to do out the hotel and nothing to do in ozdere. Tours were over priced. Get a private taxi to take to instead, it works out cheaper. Be warned they don't drive slowly!!!
The restaurant was exceptional. Formal but relaxed dining. Food was well presented and a good variety. They had plenty for vegetarians and their fish night is really out of this world. They put a huge amount of effort into it.
Overall a great place to spend a relaxing week. Would go again.

Room Tip: Junior rooms are fab room 203 was lovely.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Amazing food, room, the hotel was spotlessly clean!

The people were lovely and we were looked after everyday by out waiter Hasan who had our table ready everyday for us!

The beach was well kept and we even had iced towels, drinks and fruit bought round to our beds

The scenery was amazing and the brochure is as good as the real thing!

I would highly recommend this hotel! Amazing!
