Just come back from a 3 night stay with my wife for Valentine's. The hotel is lovely and the views were amazing from the room. Great to snuzzle up in front of the fire after a day sight-seeing in Stockholm. The only negative points I have read here relate to it being 'remote'. It's not remote. There are buses that go from the top of the road every 10 minutes direct to Slussen which takes 10-15 minutes - it takes 2 mins to walk to the old town from here. You can buy a travel card (we got ours from the tourist information in Stockholm when we arrived) and it was only 230 SEK (+20 for the card itself) for a 72 hour card giving you unlimited travel on the buses/metro and some ferries (we went over to Vasa museum on a ferry for example).
