We've eaten here twice now, and had a couple of delivered take outs as well. The setting is very nice, full of character, through the music on our most recent visit was too loud and quite intrusive. There are some interesting menu choices, and most of what we have had has been good, some of it very good. I do feel the quality of the chicken used could be a LOT better, and we have found the 'medium' curries ( 2 chills on the menu) are quite mild - could definitely be a bit hotter without being in the 'hot' category - maybe next time we will ask them if they can adjust. However the flavours of all the curries we have had have been good. On the other hand the naan bread was absolutely brilliant - light, fluffy, tasty - and being able to take your own wine or beer is a plus point. I do think they are overcharging on some of the side dishes, and the cucumber raita was bland, watery and poor. Reasonable value for money, I think with a little more imagination, a few changes to the food and attention to detail, this could be very good not just good.
