This is a fantastic premier inn to stay at great location for the dales. The staff are lovely. Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast and dinner in the pub next door were all good and value for money. We regularly use premier inns and are never disappointed.

We received a very warm welcome and found the the room was very comfortable and in superb condition. The bed was just as comfortable as advertised and the bathroom / shower room were as new. The hotel is located along side a canal with good walks to stretch your legs.

Stayed at this place as we were at a friends wedding nearby. Check in was quick and I have to say all the reception staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and lovely people. The room was spotless and comfortable. We paid for breakfast which is served at the Anchor Inn the pub adjoining. Plenty of choice and cooked breakfast made to your order, you told them how many sausage, eggs etc which was hot and good. Lots of other things suck as cereal, etc available all help yourself. Would recommend this place in a lovely area of the country too!

The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. James on reception went out of his way to help when a problem arose on our trip. Note to management- he deserves a promotion.
Wonderfully comfortable bed and quiet, pleasant room in the new wing.
The only real grouse was the grim restaurant facilities provided in the adjoining Brewers Fayre

Premier inns can't be faulted either for value or an ability to look after families with young children. Large clean rooms led to a good nights sleep for all four of us.

I've never eaten at a brewers Fayre before but it was excellent value and the children loved the indoor play area
