Stayed here in June 2011 with my girlfriend and in laws!
The hotel location is excellant. Although the hotel does not have a beach as such it is surrounded by crystal clear coves, which are brilliant for snorkeling. there is a tiny beach just to the side of the hotel, but gets really busy. Always plenty of sunbeds to go around for everybody.
One thing I wasnt so keen on is the salt water pool. Never experienced one of these before and I still arent now! The main pool is also pretty deep so playing waterpolo and taking a mouth full of saltwater wasnt ideal!
The all inclusive was fine. Plenty to choose from at breakfast (cooked and continental). Lunch and evening were pretty similar but still nice. All inclusive can get pretty repetative after 2 weeks, which it did, but the standard of food was still good and was always hot. Drinks were excellant. Beer was served in actual pint glasses, unlike other AI hotels I have been to. Evening meal you could also have carafes of wine rather than having to order seperate glasses of wine each time.
Entertainment was pretty awful but you can walk up to the square which is about 10/15 minutes walk away, where they have different acts on each night such as, Take That tributes and a chinese circus. Just a bit more lively and a better atmosphere than at the hotel.

Just one bad thing to point out is that is the St Juan festival is on at the time you go, the hotel gets extremely full with spanish teens and we were woken several times over this festival to some of these selfish idiots shouting/screaming and knocking on doors!!!

Room Tip: Make sure you pack a snorkel!

I booked this Hotel as part of a package. We had been to Menorca several times before and knew the area well. It was the beginning of May and the Hotel was quiet but slowly filling up as the days went on. The rooms were a little tired but clean and had lovely sea views. The food and service were excellent, with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We had a fully inclusive package and again there was a good choice. The pool area situated overlooking the sea is quite stunning and the entertainments team tried hard to encourage us to enjoy ourselves! We had a nice relaxing holiday at a very good price booked through OLA holidays. The nearest walkable resort of Los Delfines looks as though it has seen better times but it was the beginning of the season. If you are looking for a relaxing, early season break at a great price I would certainly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed 1 week all inc June 2012 what a let down . We have been to this hotel on 3 previous visits on a half board basis and what a difference the food was on these visits ,there were chefs show cooking, choice was far superior and the long trousers rule was rigidly enforced but now anything seems acceptable .the evening entertainment was very poor compaired to before and as for the drinks I've never known drinking a lager out of a wine glass .not everything is all bad the hotel is still well kept you can still get a sun bed at anytime of day the pool area is fantastic and the daytime activities are still well prepared .

Room Tip: Ask for a cove view room ,corner rooms have a balcony that goes round both sides of room

My Girlfriend and i went to this place in the first week of September 2012.

FIRST OF ALL : PLEASE IGNORE ALL MOANING COMMENTS AND REVIEWS !!!

We arrived in Mahon at around 8pm. The bus transfer took about 45-60 min and we where the last drop cause the hotel is on the opposite site of the island.

The staff at the reception were very nice and was really helpful.

Our room (4020 i think it was) had a lovely view , half sea view half land view. It was cleaned every day and towels were changed if we left them on the floor.

Every day the menu changed and i was a bit sad that we didnt get the swordfish filet from the first day of our arrival cause it was the best fish i ever had ;-) Every day you can choose between different kind of fish, beef, pork or chicken. Also pizza, chips and chicken nuggets for the kiddies !

Pool Area was clean and the animation team done a lot every day. There are enough sunbeds all over the place and also chairs at the poolbar. But be careful with the parasol, they are really low and many people hit there head on it (me too). A minus to the pool cause its salt water but clean.

There is also a small cave (1 minute away) with some sunbeds and an area to swin and snorkel in sea.

Evening entertainment was always good and they done everyday a lot for and with the kids to get them tired so the parents can relax after ;-)

All Staff members were really nice to us all the time, only one grumpy guy at the bar. He was just grumpy but not rude.

We went one day into town of Ciudadela. Its a nice small town and with the bus easy to reach (about 15 min drive) It has a nice habour with some restaurants. But be aware of the SIESTA the spanish are doing, nearly no shop opens between 1 pm and 5pm !!!

At the very first we saw some bad reviews and wasnt sure if we should book that hotel but than decide that we need to make our own view of it. And in the end we are glad that we done it, cause it was an awesome holiday (no party, perfect for families or couples like us who just want to relax)

And we will come back to this hotel thats for sure !!! Maybe already this August/September :-)

If you book it ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY !!! ITS REALLY WORTH IT :-)

Room Tip: Try to get the rooms between 4002 - 4024 cause thats in my opinion the best ones. During the days no...

Stayed for 1 week all inc in October 2012. Food was excellent, always hot and something for everyone. We were on 4th floor at front of hotel with great sea views. The room was clean and adequate. The location of the hotel is stunning! Was at end of season so local town was closing down but there is a bus stop right outside hotel which takes you to the main towns and the fares are very reasonable. One word of warning, be careful of the parasols around the sunbeds and pool, they are head height and saw several people get a nasty scratch by walking in to them!
We went on the Dancing Horses of Menorca excursion which was very enjoyable. We booked separately through First Choice and was picked up from hotel, some of the excursion companies pick up from in the local town but were slightly cheaper.
Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and the food. We left feeling we had had a wonderful restful holiday which was fantastic value for what we paid.

Room Tip: Ask for room on 4th or 5th floor, great sea views
