Me and my friends stayed here from the eleventh of July until eighteenth of july. We arrived at the sirenis hotel and we were greeted by the receptionist who was lovely. We waited for our rooms to be ready so we had lunch in the snack bar by the pool it was gorgeous. The service was brilliant, staff were fantastic. Our rooms were lovely, comfy bed, balcony and shower/bath and tv. We had asked for joining room as we were a party of five. We had the joining room which was fantastic. Lunch and dinner were gorgeous, lots of variety and tasty food. Was offered drinks. Breakfast was my favourite!!! Full english buffet plus continental. Sunbathing was gorgeous! Next to that stunning beach. Drinks were on tap as i was all inc. Loved the poolside entertainment and activities. Entertainment on the night was good, could be better, but was acceptable the waitors and staff were amazing. Antonio and Hose were brilliant!!!!! Drinks were there before you finished, easy on the eye two! Haha! The cleaner i would like to say a big thank you two as im quite messy and she cleaned our room brilliant! So congratulate the cleaner who cleaned room 1105 and 1104 from the 11th-18th july.

I will definately be returning as this was my first time. 3* should be increased. So so pleased!!!!

Hotel complex consists of two buildings, we were allocated the Imperial. Whilst some rooms afford a beautiful view across the beach/cove please be mindful that NOT ALL do and we had to ask to be moved on arrival as our view was basically trees and hotel opposite. We managed to get a move on day 2 of our holiday (without charge) but noted others doing same and being charged! once moved, however, we had a glorious view and balcony.

Positives:

Transfer time from airport is less than an hour, it took us 30 mins to arrive.

Location is stunning. Beautiful beach, nice little town with a dozen or so bars/restaurants to pick from if you want a change from All Inclusive.

Great area to swim/snorkel. Lovely and shallow for some way out so great for youngsters.

Bar & restaurant staff were superb.

Averages:

The complex had a couple of main restaurants (one in each Hotel building) that you could use and both offered a fair selection and variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have struggled on All inclusive in the past but this time round managed to find something worthwhile to eat on each occasion we visited. Pool bars (x 2) offered basic snack foods which were also not bad.

We traveled in June 14, not quire peak but beginning to fill. Poolside beds were not the best quality and were hard to come by......get up early and claim syndrome. It was also fairly noisy with families, younger groups etc., for those looking for poolside peace and quiet not the place and as a consequence we spent most of our days on the beach paying about 15 euro for 2 beds and 1 parasol.

Negatives:

To be honest I can't really pick out a negative, we had a very enjoyable break here. We did have a couple of good nights at the nearby Pirates Bar and took a trip or two into San Antonio (Sunset Cruise was superb). We ate at a couple of the local restaurants to break up the week of All Inclusive and found them to be well priced and decent food.

i suppose the only real negative for some might be the elevators. Both Hotels had 6 or 7 floors (We were on 4) and the descent down to the pools/beach were another 2 sub levels which if using the stairs could be quite tiring after a day in the sun or difficult with children. the elevators were small and always in use!

TOP TIP: VISIT THE LOCAL SHOP (BEACHSIDE) AND GRAB A SUN BROLLEY FOR ABOUT 10 EURO TO SAVE ON HIRE CHARGES.......SAND IS LOVELY AND SOFT.

Just arrived back after having another superb visit to this hotel! We had a few negatives last year but improvements have been made!
Beach/Pool Towels can now be hired for 10 Euros which is refunded at the end of the holiday, these can be changed every day by the pool for clean ones between 10 and 12 a.m.
Hotel one of the cleanest I have stayed in!
Food, samey, what can you expect from a 3 star! but.... it was good quality, lots to choose from, warm rather than hot.... only complaint is that this old lady love jelly and there was none on the last day there.. boo hoo!
Staff nice and friendly , good to see some familiar faces!
Antonia is a brill waiter!
Animation team, err ahem, mmm... pass.
Live shows, on the whole excellent! apart from the piano player in the adults only bar in the Dorado ... he was good when he remembered the words... don't bother requesting a song... he did not know any of the ones asked by four different people!
Adult bar/sunterrace... BRILL! pure self indulgence... great stuff!
REPS ab fab... had a problem in our room which they sorted out pronto.
only observation there was that perhaps they should think about ensuring people get the right buses when they are leaving and that everything was okay,,, instead they were busy selling trips! its a good hello... but a poor goodbye.
SUN BEDS! moan... moan... moan! and not the Germans were not to blame as the vast majority of people were English and were placing towels on beds at five in the morning for gawds sake! and there were some big families there so you would often get some beds with towels on all day but no one used them Grrr. or if they did it was only for a couple of hours each day.
DONT pay the fifteen Euros for the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, well not unless you have the money that is! we bought two lilos and an umbrella on day one for just 21 Euros!
Swimming from the beach very safe although I did see a few jelly fish.

Would we go back again next year? YES! but a bit earlier or later as the children arrived half way through our week and it was noisy!

Go... enjoy it!

Room Tip: Choose a sea view but it does cost 80 Euros extra, try not to get one above the pool though... craz...

Stayed for a week. Location fab - have sea air and view without having to get sandy.
Lovely small resort with maintained beach with pedalos etc for hire.
Staff with amazing - very efficient, friendly and hard working.
The buffet was varied with plenty of choice as was the snack menu.
We had a side of hotel room with a scrap land view but this meant it was quiet.
The noise level was an an issue - you CAN hear everything from rooms nearby especially slamming doors! Also had a smell of cigarettes in room later in week.

just come back from a week staying at the sirenis hotel! i could not believe it! it is exactly like the pictures!! staff were always friendly and lovely! especially the waitinf 'jose' he was amazing and made you feel welcome all the time! a week really was not long enough for us, so much to see and just gorgeous! however there are alot of steps to the beach and pool but there are lifts which made some trips alot easier! also the sunbeds were a disapointment as it clearly states you can not reserve sunbeds but people were reserving them from aboout 6/7 in the morning!! overall fab holiday!!!!:)

We were an extended family of 7. Myself, my wife, 10 year old daughter, 20 year old daughter and boy friend and mother and father in law(granny and grandad). Travelled to the Sirenis cala llonga on the 5th and stayed until 12th July.
We stayed in the Imperial and had 3 rooms all very nice, well furnished. Had read reviews before going about noise travelling through thin walls but didn't find this to be the case and noise from adjacent rooms no more than any place else we have stayed previously. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and were serviced 6 out of our 7 day stay.
The food available in the restaurant was extensive and varied, well presented and tasty. Lovely breakfasts with a great selection including ommelettes to order, fresh pancakes and waffles as well as breads, pastries, and full english etc. Lunch and dinner again were excellent. Even had a chocolate fountain for dinner one evening. Waiting staff in the restaurant were always very welcoming especially "Alfonso" with his daft animated hat and comical remarks. The snacks avaiable at the pool bar and upstairs restaurant were also very good if you were inclined not to venture inside for lunch.
The bar staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and nothing was ever too much trouble. Infact we found this to be the case with absolutley everyone.
The animation team were fantastic and were on the go continuously, Magnus, Abigale, Shammy, Ula and Chantelle. They were extremely enthusiastic the whole time and provided entertainment for everyone from the young to the old.
Also Carol the "friends of Sirenis" manager big thanks to you too..
The 7 of us had a fantastic holiday and would definately return. As my youngest daughter said through teary eys on our last night "it's not just the place, it's the people" .
On the whole would reccomend to anybody for a fun AI holiday with great service in beautiful location.

Stayed at this hotel from the 9th - 23rd June this year and must say was very impressed considering it is rated 3 star. We stayed on the first floor overlooking the Adult area and was very happy indeed with the side sea view.

Can't praise this hotel enough as everything is fabulous. The location is stunning; all staff are EXCELLENT - they cannot do enough to help you. Too many to name but thanks to Javi and Victor in the Adults Bar - had marvellous service from them - your glass was never empty and they are so friendly - had loads of laughs with them both. Carol Kirk, Sirenis VIP Club Concierge goes that extra mile to help you. Lucy on Reception is very helpful and speaks perfect English (many thanks Lucy for arranging the room for my sister when she arrived a few days after us - very much appreciated). Restaurant staff are brilliant - can go on and on praising the staff - they should ALL be congratulated by the Management for the marvellous way they carry out their duties.

On a Saturday night there is a gentleman who plays the organ and he is very entertaining.

Cannot fault the food in the restaurants - really loved the SUNDAY LUNCH. You will not go hungry here. There is a good variety of lunchtime menus and once again the service you require
is marvellous.

They charge 2 Euros per day for safe in your room.
Towels are available at Reception which you can change daily - pay 10 Euro deposit which is refundable at the end of your holiday.
Good bus service service not far from the hotel.

Can go on and on about this Hotel but just go and ENJOY YOURSELVES - you will not be disappointed.
