We got the chance to visit the Cadillac chateau for free on a sunday afternoon. It was great...lots of rooms to see and a big and nice backyard. Kids had a blast.

Not the most exciting, its impressive from the outside, but a bit expensive to get in given that its more or less empty - was stripped out during the revolution and turned into a prison. Some rather dull tapestries, large ornate fireplaces and historic explaination boards (all in French) are now all that it contains.
