This place used to be a nice multiplex to visit with good service, but the latter has slumped. There were two ticket offices once; now there is just one. That would be OK if the ticket pickup machines worked but they don't very well. Last time, just one out of five worked and that wasn't even reading credit cards. Fortunately I remembered my booking number.
The food stand service is appallingly sluggish, the food vastly overpriced given the quality and the foyer is always messy.
