We stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time amd I must say it was as excellent as it was on our first stay. Really don't know why people complain, apartments were spotless, very spacious and modern with aircon and poll views, food was great there is food on every hour of the day apart from 10-11 which was between breakfast closing and snack bar opening, there was plenty of choice of drinks, including san Miguel on draft which my partner was chuffed about, the wine was lovely, plenty of entertainment on each day for grown ups and kids clubs, there is 2 large pools both with bars and a Jacuzzi, there is 2 restaurants to eat at amd the hotel provides pack lunches for days out on request for you if u order the day b4 u go. It is situated in a quiet village which has around 8 bars and around 5-6 restaurants which was enough for us, they were also 2 supermarkets and a handful of shops, all shown English tv programmes and plenty of sports. There is a lovely see front restaurant just outside the hotel which has gorgeous views of the ocean. You can walk around the coast from the hotel to take you to each neighbouring village which is approximately 10-15mins walk. Weather in tenerife is out if this world, we hit 40 degrees in November which was amazing and previous visit in march we got 42, we had 1 day overcast but the afternoon eas scorching again. We spent haloween over there and it was great every1 dressed up and all the neighbouring bars and restaurants were all dressed for the theme, the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and happy to help at any point. If you have trouble walking or getting around I suggest u ask for a room in the main building as there is a lift in reception to use in the main block, reception was spotless every day with free wifi, tip for the aircon use either your key or to leave it on throughout the day pop in a card I used tesco clubcard so it was nice and icey when going back into the room. Up the steps in front of the hotel or following the road outside the hotel to the left you have a nice mini town shopping area with tourist shops, cafes and souvenir shops and your main bus stops to get around. We used the local bus to go into playa de las americas for the day which took around 30mins each way and cost €5 each each way but was a lovely day out including finding bars at €1 a pint in ice jugs! Has lovely beaches and plenty of shops. Well thats abouy everything I must say I will probably always return to this hotel and after taking my dad and his mate for there first time they are also returning this year in November too

this hotel which may only be a 3 star but was a lovely place to stay,we arrived late and food had been left in the fridge for us. Yes it was noisy over the weekends with the annoying loud spanish people yet that isnt the hotels fault! Once they left after the weekend there was plenty of free sunbeds, yes there were kids jumping around but if you liked quiet there was an adults only terrace, or sit further back from the pool side. Staff were good apart from katrina she was rather rude when we had a problem. The room was great nice and big and cleaned everyday, the pools are lovely and the grill bar was good. The restaurant was okay, it let it down a tad but the food was well cooked always an option and the salad bar was lovely. The only reason the hotel isnt a four star is the food but i mean if you like rabbit/duck/chicken/pork/beef etc also vegetarian options you will be fine. Also a lovely natural pool near by. I would highly recommend this hotel as we had a great time

Kids enjoyed it, enough entertainment in the day and night for them both, food was good if your not to fussy, only problem we had was getting up early for a sun bed, but apart from that, can't really complain

Me and my boyfriend had booked this all inclusive holiday in hope of a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. However this was simply not the case.
Firstly, upon arrival late at night we weren’t greeted, nor were we given manners or friendliness. As it was late we were very hungry, and were very much looking forward to having a buffet dinner, expecting a variety of foods to pick from, but instead found ourselves faced with a 1950’s school cafeteria selection of rancid, soggy pasta, cheap undercooked meat and don’t get me started on the deserts, it was like something from a shut down burger van. We ended up having to eat chips all week. I would not feed any of the food to a dog. Which brings me to the next criticism of this abysmal holiday…the surrounding ‘restaurants’. The food is very much the same, equally as revolting as the food in the hotel. Having ordered ‘spaghetti bolognaise’ I instead ate tasteless, watery food clearly from a microwave. Due to this I could not eat it, with the waiter merely replying his dog would ‘eat good tonight’.
After this short amount of time at the hotel me and my boyfriend had wanted to leave, which had we had the money, we would have done in a heartbeat. Polite staff could have perhaps helped this, however throughout the whole holiday we experienced rude, abrupt and dismissive manners from all members of staff- especially at the bar. We recommend unless you like your drinks ¾ full of spirit, do not drink from here, with the staff being rude when asked to put less spirit in. This is not much different in the restaurant, with rude ‘waitresses’ taking unfinished plates without asking, and lingering around you whilst you eat.
Once finally being checked in to our rooms, we were looking forward to having a shower and going to sleep. However the bathroom and balcony consisted of hundreds of tiny insects, all crawling on the toilet paper and on the table and chairs. Due to this we had to keep our windows and doors shut, which made the room very hot. This was not helped by the lack of air conditioning, which was poorly substituted with merely a fan.
Moving on to the TV, all channels were either German or Spanish, with the only English channel allowing us to watch Jerry Springer. We instead hoped to use WiFi as conciliation, however this was confined to the lobby area only, which was extremely slow, when it was even working. The lobby was not even a nice place to be, reminding us of a miserable old people’s home.
Once finally getting to sleep, we were awoken from as early as 7 in the morning by Spanish people reserving sunbeds, being left with no sunbeds for ourselves. We were informed that the Spanish holiday here over the weekends, being very loud and inconsiderate, which Thomas Cook neglected to tell us. Not only this, but if you have a daughter, girlfriend or wife, then be prepared for her to be stared at like shark bait, utterly disgraceful. Even the old men were at it. They clearly lacked a moral compass in which we are firmly brought up to have here, in Great Britain. To put it simply, the Spanish at this hotel are the equivalent to gypsies.
All in all, if you would like a 1 star hotel (clearly not constituting three stars) then we would recommend this place.

If you are staying here all inclusive don't bother!
The food is disgusting, and made me and my partner ill on just the second day!! The food isn't heated, milk had a thick cottage cheese type layer on the top, birds eating from the bread baskets at breakfast, apple juice that looks like Guinness but changes colour every time someone uses it ( comes out of a machine ) and the orange juice was like fanta! Food at lunch and tea was pretty much the same everyday and cold.
Hotel was dirty, our bedding in our apartment wasn't changed the whole time we was there, was meant to be done every 2 day and the towels we were given that was meant to be clean were dirty! covered in make up and dirt.
Definitely would not recommend this resort to friends or family.

Room Tip: Go to a different hotel!!!
