Ignore the bad reviews I'm not sure whether they stayed in the same hotel as us but this hotel is brilliant. It is a 3 star not a 5 and we have had an amazing family holiday and made some fantastic real memories.

Stayed: June 2018, travelled with family

Just got back from a weeks stay here with my family. First impressions were good, the lobby lovely and clean and friendly reception staff.
When we arrived at our room it was ok.. it took ages to get to the room from the lobby and ALOT of stairs with a buggy and no lift.. room very outdated and had ants. bath/shower very tempreminteal, one minute the water was freezing and the next scolding hot never a normal temp.
My family were in a different part of the hotel and they had a lovely referebed bathroom which is unfair as everyone has paid the same amount.
The food was nice but same thing every night and very bland and boring. Ate out on last night. I am a vegetarian and the only option was pasta EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.. so very disappointing and boring. No soft drinks for kids at dinner only fizzy which is rubbish for small children.
Pool area ok.. impossible to get a good sunbed as people stampeed the man unchaning them in the morning for the best ones and best spots. One day a baby done a poo at the side of the pool and was dripping into the pool and the lifeguard threw a bucket of water at it and swept it into the pool and walked off.. we didnt go back in after that.
Entertainment in the evening is very boring and not enough room or seats to accomdate the ammount of people staying at the hotel. Seating outside but no tables and its pitch black with no lights. Toilets always smelt and never any toilet roll in any of the toilets.
Entertainment staff friendly apart from 1 guy marco pushed my 4 year old on the 1st night and it was very unprofesional for a childrens entertainer.
Area rubbish nothing to do. Have to walk up a giant hill to get anywhere.
Wouldnt stay here again not worth money at-all. Would rate 2 stars.

Dear Guest,

We are really sorry that you didn't have a nice stay in our hotel.
We hope that you accept our sincere apologies for the accident with MarcoWe don't do any kind of preference for the allocation of the rooms, we are reforming the hotel so we have some renovated room.
Concerning the food, in the restaurant we have a full choice of food also for the vegetarians we have fishes and vegetables, and in the Italian restaurant they serve also pizza and not just pasta. For the evening entertainment, we know that the hotel in summer will get busier, that's why we are building a scenery outside in the quiet pool area, when the works will be finished, all the evening entertainment will be outside

Thanks anyway for your review.

Kind Regards

This hotel was great for families.

Lots of activities if you wanted them regularly and plenty for children. Evening entertainment was good for kids also

Rooms are basic, clean and everything you need from an all inclusive holiday as you only sleep there!

Food and drink was great varies dishes every day . Queues for drinks in the evenings a bit annoying and can only get 4 drinks in small plastic cups per person so in a group of 4 adults / 3 kids this was annoying always has to be 2 of us queueing
A short walk from gorgeous views and resort supermarket a couple of bars etc taxi rank right outside the hotel

Honest review

Food - food was ok for 3* all inclusive, basically what you’d expect, no pizza though unless you paid for it at snack bar or went to the a la carte restaurant (which needed to be booked in advance). Breakfast had more or less everything you could ask for sausage bacon and egg every day and pastries cereal pancakes etc if wanted. Fruit juice tea coffee etc in the morning and juice wine and beer at lunch and dinner. The snack bar had burgers hot dogs salad and chips also ice cream and fruit available from about 11 till 6, great for the kids.

Pool - there are 2 pool areas a smaller more quiet area and a large pool where the entertainment took place. We chose the larger pool which we really enjoyed, music most of the day and lots of activities available, pool areas clean and well maintained, the pool has been retiled and the hotel has signs up advising water shoes are worn, I would definitely suggest if you have kids buy them water shoes. Bar at large pool can get quite busy sometimes and could do with more than one barman. Few trees in the pool area so if you want to get the sun all day you will need to be down at the area before 9:30 to secure your spot. The maintenance guy unlocks loungers at 9:30 most mornings sometimes earlier.

Rooms - the rooms were quite big and enough storage for clothes. Fridge in room which is quite handy. Room cleaned most days, not on a Sunday though. Beds made but sheets not changed very often, clean towels every day. We had a horrible sour smell in our kitchen/lounge space, complained at reception and they sent someone up to sort it out, any complaints sorted very quickly. Staff Always happy to help.

Area - the area is quite small, not a lot around if your wanting to go out and explore. There’s a few shops and restaurants in the immediate area but to get to the shops or beach area you need to go up steps or a steep hill not Ideal if you have mobility issues or young kids in buggy’s.

We did enjoy the holiday but don’t think we would return to this resort as quite quiet for us

Couldn’t fault the stay.
Friendly staff
Clean rooms although dated
And not what I expected
Location no use for buggies or people with mobility issues
Either 187 steps or a huge steep hill to get to shops and marina.
Beaches not the best also not very accessible
Food was good
Christmas Day was fab
Wouldn’t stay here again
